Reviewed By kwalla671680No maid service. Had to go to lobby at 10 pm in pjs for shampoo/ conditioner Hotel staff would not bring it. After day 3 had to ask hotel to come change garbage as it was on floors. Many refugees staring us down and felt uncomfortable furniture in room ratty and disrepair.

Always a good choice when taking a morning flight
Reviewed By RayS519We always stay at The Alt when taking a morning flight. Check in was quick and painless. The room was clean and very quiet. The only issue was that the ice machines were not working. We found out after checking 2 floors. We had to go to the bar to get ice. It would have been nice to be told of this issue when we checked in. Check out was easy, asked for an email receipt.

Rude awakening when we tried to use the shower!
Reviewed By Roadfinder724Our check in went well. We had a good night sleep. When we tried to use the shower, the water was cold, almost ice cold. We tried to call the Front Desk but no one answered. We complained to the man at the Front Desk in person but he did not care. Furthermore, the Wifi service was spotty. We kept on getting disconnected. Not good if you need internet access. We were disappointed because of all the good reviews this hotel received. At least the free airport shuttle service was good. However, we won’t be coming back. Thanks anyway.

Mouldy smell outdated dirty
Reviewed By Ronlon1This is more like motel than hotel this is more like one and a half or 2 star hotel absolutely will not recommend to anyone especially with families smells very mouldy pillow smelled absolutely terrible we couldn't put our head on them carpets are super dirty room is very small we asked them for a baby crib we got one butt no blanket whatsoever with it definitely not worth over $200 per night which is what we paid plus they asked us for $150 deposit and they said they will refund them back to us believe it or not they did not refund the $150 Lucky I checked the statement and realized the charge I had to call them to get the $150 refunded.

Reviewed By anan513The worst hotel ever my husband stay there as part of quarantine they treated him as if he is a criminal ,the quality of food is poor ,he doesn't allow to smoke they treated guests badly when he complained no body responded this hotel is a disaster even if when his Covid19 test was negative they told him that he was not allow to leave until the third day and that is awrong information and opposite to what was written in Canada government website that he got negative result he will be allowed to.leave ,and the worst customer services ever no one answers him completely disaster ??????

Reviewed By windsgroupThe location was away from the city to avoid congestion. It was more affordable that the downtown location and offered easier parking. The room was spacious and clean. They have a restaurant downstairs along with a small shop to pickup incidentals for your trip. The hotel also has a indoor pool. Great stay while outside Toronto.

Reviewed By Cruiser14BWas a nice hotel. Very friendly staff and with friendly hotel shuttle. Beds were very comfortable and even though you are near the airport you don’t hear constant planes. Excellent breakfast eggs, bacon, breads, muffins , yogurt and fruit. Apple, oranges and bananas . Second day we had early flight and they gave us a breakfast to go bag. Juice, muffin, fruit, granola bar and yogurt. Perfect while waiting at airport. Pool deck was dirty with mud. Says to shower before going in but no shower there. Pool towels were very small more like hand towel size. Downside is there is no restaurant in hotel. Nothing nearby .Hotel next door has limited menu for their restaurant (5 items). If you don’t have transportation you are stuck with this hotels selection of TV dinners to heat in microwave.

Total disappointment to the name Hilton
Reviewed By angusliuI was little untaken by the amenities available by the brand name of Hilton which even lower class accommodations can out perform what I'm paying for. Definitely not happy to say the least. Paying nearly $200/night and they want to charge upgrades to have a bar fridge in my room. How disappointing. ? Room couch was a old 1970s worn out chair. Rugs are old. ZERO USB charger plugs. Who doesn’t offer that in a 2022 room. My other stay during this trip at Comfort Suites and Delta Marriott out performs the Hilton. Garbage for its value.
