Untrained, clueless staff, worst managed resort in my experience
Reviewed By TolgaL5The only good thing about this resort and experience was the waitress named ECEM, she was good at what she does. All other staff was untrained and clueless.. I don`t blame them actually, the management is surely incapable of managing a resort and staff this size. I will never stay and waste time at this so-called "serene" place... They surely added a seventh sense to the six senses, that is being anger. In short, stay only if you are as careless as they are.

Reviewed By 1874larrykMy wife and I stayed one night here on May 4, 2022. Weloved this place. The staff was very efficient and helpful. We had the best breakfast to date since April 1st, traveling thru Israel and Egypt. This was our first Turkish breakfast and we were blown away. It's decorations throughout the hotel are unique and charming. Naval paraphernalia seemed to be a favorite. It's a lot bigger than we first thought when we got out of our car - several levels and a very beautiful setting -- basically a large and shallow bay. The Mediterranean Sea is just visible from the hotel balconies.

Reviewed By hülya öIn these days every thing is harder I understand but the place we stayed can be better. The place is not clean enough and the personel rarely wear masks. We visitied Bafa Lake before and want to stay somewhere new but we regretted our decision.

Keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil hedefleyenler için muhteşem bir yer. Tarihi Bargilya - Boğaziçin de bulunan tesis üç dönüm bahçeye pırıl pırıl bir havuza sahil ve dört misafir odası var. Aile tarafından işletilen tesiste. Restoran ve Bar hizmeti de sunulmakta. Bordum Milas Havaalanına sadece 8 km mesafede olan tesisten Bodrum ve Milas a Ulaşım sadece 25 km.

Arrivés le soir, nous tombons dans un karaoké tonitruant et vide où le patron exige que nous payons en cash, ce qui est inadmissible. Nous avons eu une chambre dans un préfabriqué collé à la route qui vibrait quand un camion passait derrière, la fenêtre ne fermait pas, la climatisation était en panne, la chambre était si petite qu'il était impossible d'ouvrir une valise et d'ouvrir la porte. Le comble fut dans la salle de bain, avec un chauffe eau impossible à gérer, passant du bouillant au froid, et une eau qui coulait goutte à goutte, en douche et lavabo. Notre ami avait une chasse d'eau en panne et des crottes de souris sous le lit. Le petit déjeuner , déjà payé, n'a pas pu nous être servi à temps avant notre départ à 9h! La piscine était vide. Le " merveilleux" jardin est une arnaque, il était affreux et il avait par exemple une cuve de WC en déco. Nous étions tellement ulcérés que nous avons annulé notre 2 e nuit, le patron ne nous a pas tout remboursé.

Amazing place
Reviewed By DrNahedI have spend a beautiful serene one week in this place, Not only it is magically beautiful but the price is so reasonable , every member of staff were very supportive and helpful, we were received by very understanding receptionist who accommodated for our needs and were able to get everything we asked for with a great welcome, nothing seems to be too much to ask for. The resort is well managed and is very clean just little the pictures you see on line or even better, the villa was very clean and specious with very comfortable furniture and content. The restaurant staff and chef were responding to my ask as I required certain meals, the waiter Kenan / Yusuf were very polite and serviced us at any time we needed whenever we ate in the restaurant or on the beach or take the food to the apartment. There is a gym and spa in which my son used every day , also there is a very clean beach within yards from the apartments and the restaurant, also there are many evening events and entertainment free of charge. Even when we came back as our flight was cancelled, we were welcomed again with a great smile and greater comfort. Definitely recommending this resort to single, couples or families , there is many activities for everyone.

Reviewed By Martin GI am a Club La Cost member who manage a number of properties on the complex. We have always had a great relaxing stay here but a week is never enough for us but booking two weeks through our timeshare would be too expensive. The rest of the properties are privately owned and a large number are managed by Appollonium Villas who are situated just outside the complex. They are a family run business, English speaking (wife is Scottish) and they also provide hire cars and airport transfers. I used them this year for our car and transfers after getting to know them on my last visit. They are cheaper than other local car hire companies and a fraction of the cost of airport companies. Whilst its not a brand new car its more than adequate for the local roads and a car is a must if you want to vary meals and do cheaper shopping in Akbuk. As we went with our daughters this year (with the obligatory extensive luggage) Turgay the owner agreed to pick us up in their minibus and then we got our car at the complex. this saved the crush of trying to get everyone and the cases into the car. This was very much appreciated and he was waiting right outside the door with a nameplate. The ride was smooth, on difficult mountain roads and nothing was too much trouble for the couple. All in all if you are looking for a value for money relaxing location with hassle free holidaying then look no further than Appoloniumvillas.com and get everything you need at a great price from them . When we return we will be taking extra days from them to extend out Club La Costa weeks stay.

Oda büyüklüğü yeterli. Ancak söylenilmezse asla temizlenmiyor. İlgi alaka sıfır. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Akşam yemeği vasat. Resepsiyondaki genç elindeki telefonu bırakıp sorduğunuz sorulara cevap vermeye tenezzül etmiyor. Merkeze çok uzak ve sapa bir yer. Ama manzara hoş. Havuz sakin ve temiz. Daha iyi işletilebilir.
