Arrived for a coffee this afternoon (1400), entered an empty Reception area so stood for a few minutes, a couple entered behind me and a young man with his white shirt hanging out appeared and apparently my invisibility is on form today as no acknowledgement given to me and he proceeded to serve the couple behind me.

Nice clean pleasant hotel. Front of house assistant obviously too stressed out to look after customers I wish we stayed somewhere with more customer focus, all we wanted was to park the car, have a pint and drop bags into our prebooked room but we sat in what was a cafe surrounding, asked for a drink but told... I'm on my own so my priority is booking in, so waited then boked ourselves in on screen and went to room and searched for somewhere to grab a drink and bite to eat! Only go here if you want a bed after 3pm and a lie in til check out 12pm dont bother with breakfast grab a roadside.

We stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Riverside stadium - the hotel is well located for the stadium within easy walking distance - hotel has a car park on a first come first served basis we were early enough to get a place - rooms really nice although they didn't make the bed on day two but that could have been because we spent the middle of the day in bed as we were really tired - breakfast was excellent and catters for allergies well - one really nice touch was they put our biscuits and water (free) for guests to take with them to the concert - will definitely stay again if we go to another event in Middlesbrough

Weekend trip to Whitby with my Son as a reward for great efforts at school. So the trip was about him. He loves short trips at premier Inns, loved the breakfasts. In his eyes premier inn make him feel grown up booking in and collecting room key.

After paying on the spot for my 3 night stay , I was then told I had a £50 deposit to pay ? This is unacceptable, a lot of people don’t have that type of money! I wasn’t aware of this until I arrived at property. Room was dirty and bed nearly touched both side of room! Breakfast was cold and not very nice . Staff nice and pleasant. It was a very unpleasant stay and I found it an unprofessional run hotel

A 140 bedroom hotel set in 20 acres boasting a lavish bar and grill, leisure club with 25m sparkling pool and fully equipped gym. Handy for both business and pleasure with good transport links to all major towns and cities, extremely handy for shopping at the 'metro' centre - Europe’s largest indoor mall. Close to all major tourist attractions including the North Yorkshire Moors.
The place was dated and filthy. Smears on the walls, chairs stained, lampshades cracked. And we got put in a room with someones actual semen all over the bed base, and the smell of said stale semen stank out the room. Came back from an event at 2am, climbed into my bed and noticed someone else's baby-gravy deposit smeared across the bed base. Had to move rooms. Refund agreed and awaiting. If it was £20-30 a night, if not for someone's spud-batter we probably would have tolerated the datedness, uncomfortable beds and dirty room, but at £90 for a night, they should be ashamed of themselves. Breakfast was good though, despite ingredients running out approx every 3minutes
