The location is great specially for those that don’t plan on renting a car everything is walking distance. Great feel and amazing staff. Leidy at the front desk was by far the most memorable. She went above and beyond to make my stay incredible. I can’t wait to be back! Keep up the great job guys!

Reviewed By Tim HExtremely disappointing visit. The restaurants ate not really onsite, they are Extremely close but you must exit the hotel in order to access them, so no room service. Rooms were loud, we could here doors slamming all morning. The hot tub was closed. Parking is via a public garage.

Reviewed By BreevandKampThis hotel benefits from a great location and views. It’s definitely a conference hotel with a very popular bar. But it’s not a luxury hotel. If you want that, book the Four Seasons. There is no room service at all. So if you arrive at midnight, you will be told to order Door Dash. The club lounge has limited hours and no evening service. The rooms are very tired. Old furniture and scuffed walls. The walls are paper-thin. We spent the night listening to a couple arguing next door. We could literally hear every word. I did inform the hotel and was told that someone would call me but no one did.

Reviewed By jazzastroAir conditioning on the entire floor was like a jet engine. Incredibly loud and disruptive, luckily we travel with earplugs in case of such surprises. Airport shuttle was entirely too small and crowded, would up just taking an Uber instead. Staff was pleasant. Will look elsewhere next time we overnight in Miami.

Reviewed By 679reagansHotel was very clean and all the staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast area was well-attended by staff and maintained a clean dining area. We would definitely come back the next time we are in the Miami area.
