Reviewed By STan3009Their queen size bed is similar to super single size. If you desperately need a budget accommodation, this place does not hit the bull. The floor was so dusty and no disposable slippers were provided. Way far-fetched from origin Japanese concept. The receptionist was not accommodative nor helpful at all. Besides new, I can not think of anything good to write about this place!

Reviewed By SpiceSpyValue for money. Good for few nights stay for single & family with kids. Close to Pasir Gudang Industrial. Close to Jusco and restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and the bed is queen /king size. They also serve American breakfast for RM 10. All over service is good. Ample parking space. Close to the main road. Avoid rooms facing the road. Check for offers through Trivago, Agoda, Booking.Com for extra discounts during weekdays. Rates are higher during Weekdays.

A pleasant stay!
Reviewed By joinme12I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Room size is reasonable and clean. The twin beds had two pillows each which I appreciated very much. Food is abundant opposite the road. There's a night market about 15 minutes drive in permas jaya.

STUPID AND FRAUD STAFFS
Reviewed By Tigerbb78I have stayed in this hotel earlier, it was good but on 18/06/2020 I have booked 2 day night stay for my grandmother and uncle family , I would say this is so ridiculous!!!!! They have very stupid staffs who don’t know to deal with bookings , I have made reservations through booking.com for 3 days 2 night , when my I uncle show them the booking and the payment has been accepted, but my uncle didn’t receive the payment slip as the receptionist told him will handover the receipt next morning as he don’t know to print out the receipt??? Even we have made the payment!! , so next day they didnt gave us the receipt as they promised, all of sudden around 3.17 pm the receptionist called us and ask us to made additional payment for another 1 night stay!! When we argued on this is issues that we already cleared all the payment they said Either we pay again or we need leave to hotel , the receptionist name is SITI , she said will call us after discuss with the manager Mr Alex and call us back but unfortunately no calls received till 5 pm and I went there to check , my sick grandmother and my uncle family with kids was seating at the lobby because the room is lock and all their stuff still in room ,we forced to speak to manager Alex and he simply told us that he will only believe his staff then the customer!! We left the hotel eventhough the payment made and check in different hotel .. I guess this people is not professional and very stupid to handle the bookings and ya they didn’t even take any temperature readings this hotel not following the govt rules!!!!

Reviewed By msmahbibThe reservation went smooth. Check in process was swift. Room are average of economic budget. I got a family room suit for 3. One of the duvey was dented by coffee, while a bedsheet has lipstick marked. Extra bed also have some marks. For rm208, I better stay at D'sweet boutique hotel or Legend Hotel.

terribly disappointing
Reviewed By Philippe DNot really sure why this hotel is called "Boutique". It offers extremely minimal facilities. there isn t even a kettle in the room. TV offers only basic national channels. there is no window in the room i paid 130RM per day. I ask reception for 2 glasses as there wasn t any in the room and they did not have. A very annoying chinese music is played loudly almost 24h a day including night. I had to call reception to have it turned down to allow us sleeping. I knew that location was not good, very far from everyting with only food courts around but I expected way better.No breakfast available To be avoided.

The worst hotel ever in the world
Reviewed By Gabrielle FMy family and i decided to just stay at a hotel for fun so,we went to Tiong Nam Hotel and stayed there for 1 day only. Oh My God it was horrible the bed wasn't clean,the air con was dirty,they didn't swept the floor and the bathroom. Goodness me the bathroom was very dirty that my family and i didn't bath for one whole day. We couldn't even eat cause the room was too smelly and dirty. I swear to God even a 9 months pregnant woman wouldn't want to give birth. This is the worst hotel ever in the world. Please don't stay in that hotel. If you're from Singapore or Kl or even from anywhere please don't stay ath this Tiong Name Hotel. My god what was i thinking of bringing my mom and sibling to that hotel. If my dad stay there he will have a heart attack i swear. "THE WORST HOTEL EVER IN THE WORLD".
