Elouera Tower is ideally located directly opposite the idyllic beaches of Maroochydore, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Enjoy ocean views from every apartment, with levels 5-14 offering spectacular, uninterrupted ocean views and levels 2-4 with filtered sea views through the trees. Elouera Tower offers a range of one, two and three bedroom beachside holiday apartments as well as a 3 bedroom penthouse. All accommodation is self-contained with fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities and are uniquely furnished. Guests of Elouera Tower will also enjoy resort style facilities including a heated outdoor swimming pool and spa, sauna, full size tennis court, BBQ area, fully secure undercover car parking and free WiFi. Perfectly located for a beachside getaway, Elouera Tower is directly across the road from Maroochydore Beach and just minutes from Cotton Tree Shopping Village and Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club, each only 5 minutes walk away. Within a 5 minute drive, you can be at Alexandra Headlands, enjoy fine dining in the popular Mooloolaba restaurant strip, or shopping at Sunshine Plaza. Great location, great view, but tired building/room
Reviewed By galtonsThe location is great. Literally a one minute walk to the beach and the Cotton Tree shops cafes and the surf club a 5 minute walk, and a few cafes just across the road. The location is ideal (unlike many buildings) in that the main road is behind the building so from your balcony and living room, you can enjoy the view and not be bothered by road noise. This building is run along the same lines as most buildings on the Sunshine and Gold Coast whereby apartments are individually owned. Therefore it is always lucky dip whether you get a well maintained or renovated apartment. I have never liked this arrangement. The building is advertised as 4 star and it may be that some apartments meet that, but the common area does not and the apartment (31) we got did not. I would prefer the apartments were priced according to their current standard. I don’t see how owners are motivated to upgrade their apartment if they all get the same cut. Room 31 seems to be a common sized one bedroom apartment in this building and it is very spacious and with a huge kitchen, dining space and separate laundry. The kitchen has been half renovated, while the bathroom is still back in the 1980’s, right down to the shower head and hair dryer. I would not book the Eloura again, knowing I could get a similar apartment again.

Reviewed By annedI7290RWExcellent accommodation in this lovely apartment block. Close to the beach, river and local cafes. Staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The one bedroom apartment was really large and very comfortable. It even had a separate laundry. Highly recommend!

Overlooking the Creek,.which still offered a nice outlook as opposed to the River or Hinterland views From 1st contact with Katrina & her team , to checkin to checkout could not be faulted. Secure underground parking Secure access to apt Large open plan living. In this particular apartment each bedroom on either side of living made for a nice private concept if another couple with ease to the 2nd bathroom. Ensuite had a spa bath. Both bathrooms walkin showers Kitchen equipped with everything needed even a pod coffee machine Washing machine & dryer Large outdoor balcony. As they are privately owned decor will differ with each apt, 806 was tastfully decorated with a nice comfy 1x2 & 1x3 seater lounge ample room if 4guests. Extra pillows & a blanket another bonus, not just a doona my pet peeve. Biggest kudos to the cleaning staff. Apt was spotless. Loved the area which offers a short 4-5min walk to either the Duporth Tavern or the RSL with other small eateries in between A local Woolworths 3min walk away. Thank you m1 Resort for a very enjoyable stay

Reviewed By melcraven8102Upgraded to a cabin as arrived early and motel room not ready which was very sweet of lady.. fantastic cabin and had kitchenette with all accessories even frypan..really enjoyed this cabin.. Easy walk to sunshine plaza .cotton tree and local cafes.... Highly recommended

With an AAA Tourism rating of 3 1/2 stars, we are very proud of our 16 beautifully appointed refurbished units. We extend a warm friendly welcome, with a 5 star service and satisfaction in comfort and detail to all business people, holiday makers, wedding parties, Bowls, Golf, Tennis, Basketball folk, shop-a-holics and Eat-a-holics. We have it all, within walking distance. Through our back gate to a wonderful small beach on the river esplanade, which has a jetty (see picture). You can swim or fish or just sit on the bench, read, take in the beautiful views, pelicans, herons, cormorants, sandpipers and our own osprey eagles. We have a list of bird routes and sightings in the Maroochy Shire. Through our back gate to Post Office, Chemist, Hairdresser, News agency, Information Centre and a very large Woolworths. Restaurants, bars, bistros and takeaways, Maroochydore RSL, Swan Bowls Club and several Surf Clubs in the immediate area (free bus services) Home to the coast's biggest shopping venue: Sunshine Plaza.

Older motel offering great value for money in large rooms, very friendly owners / staff. Large amount of off street parking suitable for large vehicles. Only criticism is no clothes hanging space or shelves in bathroom for toiletries, but rooms do have a small kitchen area with microwave. Will and have booked a return visit.

It’s a motel you will definitely remember for all the right reasons. A true gem. Finding gorgeous motels revamped to such a high chic standard is so rare. So much thought has gone into every detail. The rooms felt like a breath of fresh air with lovely presentation. Clean, stylish and bright with luxurious linen and pillows. Beautiful Saya bathroom products as well as gorgeous sustainable Peekapoo toilet paper and tissues. We loved the cute deck with coffee table and chairs to enjoy the morning sun, the relaxing clean pool area and stunning adjoining garden area with boa trees, palms and socially set up coffee tables and chairs. The food truck for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails for guests only was a real little cool unexpected treat for a motel. Something not offered by any other motel. So unique. We were also impressed by the friendly and welcoming management. Well done. We will return.

Only 5 mins in an Uber to all the great vibey restaurants & bars on The Wharf at Mooloolaba. Sunshine Plaza down the street for everything and more you could ever need… Ocean Street in Maroochydore for bars, gigs and nightlife if you’re up for a fun night on the town too! Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful our entire stay. Could not fault. Will absolutely stay here again, rooms were big enough to accommodate our fam and even Nanna too! Kids just loved the pool and spa downstairs. 10/10 recommend The Sebel Maroochydore. Thanks for a great stay!
