Reviewed By damirt68False advertising and misleading photos online. The place is in total disrepair. Pool full of algae, rooms smelling like mold, unkempt grounds, broken and rusty inventory... really not sure where to start with all of the complaints I have about this place .... and I have barely arrived. Thank God we only booked one night here.

NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE
Reviewed By Adventure10644246875Worst experience ever. First, ferry ride got cancelled last minute. Agent did not provide QR codes for visitors. Second, reservation got cancelled without prior notice. After weeks of planning and coordination, we were made aware that our reservation was cancelled, just when we asking if we could already check in the unit. Imagine travelling almost 5 hours only to find out you have no place to stay? Third, why do you have to restrict the entrance of drivers? We registered our drivers as guests but they weren’t allowed to enter even just to eat. Your facilities are not great, there were a lot of people and social distancing was not practiced anymore, on top of that, the beach was so so. If there was rating lower than one i’ll rate you that. Thank you for an awesome (!) roadtrip!

Reviewed By katrinapaulaaThe hotel is accesible to its main attraction - pools with slides that your kids and the kids at heart will surely enjoy. I have read reviews regarding the hotel prior to checking in, which made me a bit hesitant to try. The room we stayed in has a good view of the coast, had basic amenities such as the kitchenette and the tv. There is much to improve on when it comes to the bathroom though, especially the smell (which you can read in trip advisor reviews). The staff were great. There is no elevator, maintenance and renovation works on going..
