Clean EVERYTHING! In a world of Karens ... There is nothing I could complain about with this hotel. Breakfast was hot, Loved the additions you had for the eggs - only place on our trip that offered salsa. Thank you for one amazing night!

The room was very clean and staff was greatly appreciated. We were somewhat disappointed with the amenities as they were very slim pickings from our past experiences with Hampton Inn stays. Hampton Inn needs to get back to the way they use to treat their customers. We are loyal to Hampton Inn as we always look for their hotels to stay. Hampton Inn needs to be loyal to their customers. We the customers can always go to another hotel to spend our money and Hampton Inn needs to realize that.

The best thing about this hotel is the lady on the desk in the evening and early morning. She was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very noisy since I 55 runs right by it. Trucks all night. Decor was very dated and probably needs to be downgraded to a Quality Inn.

This place was a true gem, and restored my faith in Fairfield Inns after an unpleasant stay earlier in our trip. We were in town for business, flying through Memphis, TN. On the way in, we stayed at a Fairfield Inn near the Memphis airport and it was a terribly disappointing experience. We spotted this Fairfield in Marion, AR along the way to our destination, and it looked brand new and modern from the outside. We booked this for our last night, and it was the best decision. From the moment we walked in and we’re greeted by Brent, we knew we made the right choice! The lobby was bright and cheery, everything looked modern, clean, and new. The rooms were spotless and spacious, and had everything we needed for a night. Breakfast was delicious - lots of good options at the buffet. Highly recommend as an alternative to a hotel in Memphis. This is close to downtown and the airport. This area is being built up with other hotels and restaurants, and I believe the casino is close by.

We checked in around 7 did not go to the room went straight to Memphis for work event. We got to the hotel around 10:30 turned the lights on and roaches were running on the floor I killed one so the staff could see (they would not come look). I immediately called the front and went down there. We touched nothing and they would not give us a refund or discount. We only walked in the room and right back out. The young guy working was very very rude and even chased my husband out yelling at him that they do not have roaches when it was dead laying on the floor. He then called his cell phone to yell at him some more about how stupid he was and that they also owned the Hallmarc inn (which probably has them as well). I have never seen anything like it. The steps leading to the rooms are very dangerous as well they concrete is all broke up and chipping away my son almost fell twice from pieces slipping. I would not recommend an elderly person walking up them at all.

I just finished a very frustrating experience at this motel. I had booked a room with a king bed on Booking.com. When we arrived at 4PM, there was nobody in the office and the door was locked. There was a phone near the door, but it had been left hanging onto the ground. When I finally got to talk to staff, whom I assume was the owner, the woman was scowling and unfriendly when she opened the office. Oh well, we all have bad days. The room itself was fairly nice for the price. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. However, there was no hand towel, no tissues, and only one roll of toilet paper. Due to a change of plans, we needed to stay for an additional night. At 9am I went to the office to find it locked. I had to use the phone again to get some service. When I told the lady that I wanted to stay another night, I was told to wait. A few minutes later the same lady as the day before came from the back still scowling, opened a little slot in the glass, and all she did was demand "card, card!" She would not open the office, and left me standing outside in the cold and rain for about ten minutes while she processed my credit card, and changed the paper on her receipt printer. She then made me sign a slip before giving me back my card, and shouted "key, key!" through the slot. She wanted my key card to update it I guess, but I couldn't hear her very well, as I stood outside with the roar of the nearby freeway. I asked her if it was necessary to make guests stand outside in the rain, and she just said "the door is locked until 10:30, and walked away. As I said, the room was reasonable for the price and the place has potential, but the owners really need to learn how to run a business.
