This place is more like a lodge with some lawn in the front. Don't go by the pics.Pleace needs to improve a lot. Rooms are OK, but very noisy while the kids always play TT through late hrs. Complementary breakfast is horrible, idli batter is definitely 2 days old and very hard, vada like a rock stone, rice bath ok ok. Fruit bread and eggs saved us. One can click some pics in the lawn. Pool is ok. Over all - over priced with sub standard service with below average locality.

The River Cauvery is hardly what one would call tame. Its course includes gorges, waterfalls, rapids, dense forests and much more. The Bheemeshwari Adventure and Nature Camp is a paean to this majestic river. A wonderful mix of delightful nature and wild adventure, this camp is close enough for easy access and far enough to cut yourself off from the everyday humdrum.
Fantastic weekend get away for family with kids close to Bangalore. Experience of staying in forest, rides, play, food. All exceptional. Stayed in Tented cottage. A little far away from dining and an issue in night but again walking in night was also an experience. Awesome Drive as well.

Srirangapatna is renowned as the island fortress of the warrior king, Tipu Sultan, who fought valiantly against the British. A heritage town with a palace, fort, dungeons and mosques, the town is also justly famous for its ancient Ranganathaswamy Temple and the Gumbaz where Tipu and his father Hyder Ali are buried. Just 16 km from Mysore, Srirangapatna is also the former capital of the Maharajas of Mysore.
It took 1 hour to take the order and 1 hour to deliver the food. Servers were very adamant and asked us to move from one place to the other. Only good part is kids got a chance to go around the River in a small boat.

Located in a region that is densely forested, the Jog Falls, also known as Gerusoppa, is India's highest waterfalls. Ranked among the world's best, the spectacular cascade sees the Sharavati River leap 956 feet into a gorge with a thunderous roar. Four distinct cascades - known locally as Raja, Rani, Roarer and Rocket, are created with arching rainbows formed by the sunlight hitting the spray from the falls. Steps lead down to the deep pool at the bottom. Karnataka Hotels Jog Falls is located right opposite the falls and offers a magnificent view of it. The hotel has two blocks, Tunga and Sharavati. Tunga has a total of 10 rooms, 5 of them two-bedded, 2 of them three-bedded and 1 four-bedded, with the other two offering dormitory style accommodation. Sharavati offers more non-AC options. A restaurant operates within the complex and the hotel also can organize sight-seeing trips for guests.
I had visited Mysore previously, but this time got a chance to stay within the Brindavan Gardens premises. We were alloted a garden facing room with view of the KRS Dam. The room was spacious and clean with good food from the restaurant. Got unwinded from the hectic schedule. Hope to come back soon.

The stay was very peaceful and calm. Food was absolutely delicious. Rooms were clean and luxurious. Activities were decent like fishing and we even had a personal bonfire. The host Mr Glen was very friendly and courteous.

The Bungalow is built in a property of 100 acres with pomegranate & Banana plantation. Close to Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary (Bheemeshwari) 80kms from Bangalore, Situated close to the river Shimsha, giving a spectacular view of the Ganalu falls, one can just feel the force by touching the water (Six months view) Activities like Jeep safari, Trekking, Swimming etc
we visited this home stay based on the good rating, but found all facility and food was average. Rooms are clean, however food was just below average for the cost charged. The location was away from main road and only cars can reach.

Why do we all go for resort? to chill out with family & enjoy the camp fire, music, good food.? Does this management really know how to treat their guests? Lack of guest handling skills among staff. No staffs are polite except one from restaurant department & food was decent. I wanted to inspect as many of my Bangalore based clients will ask for weekend packages. Even after I have told the owner that I am coming to inspect, the owner never bothered to give us good care. we have made a request for camp fire & DJ. Front office staff Mr. Santosh told me it is not possible since it was raining last night. Even I have told him I will buy firewood, still he told me it is not possible, firewood is wet, this, that. It was like “I don’t care” response to the guest. And worst part was the owner in charge had a place above restaurant & kept loud DJ music. But it is not available for guest when we request, even after we are ready to pay for fire camp & music. If a service is not available guest it should not be available to owner as well. First management should know how to talk to guest & then they should teach their staff. I think the staff developed this kind of arrogant attitude from the management. No one knows how to treat or talk to guest. I wonder how this beautiful property with great location can run with such a poor management. Lack of maintenance in bathroom. Ex: there was a centipede in bath tub (attached photos), bath tub was dirty to the core and wall around the window was damaged & looked terrible like a lodge. I will not suggest this property to any of my clients as there are plenty of options in the similar cost (INR 4,500 without breakfast) I have paid (INR 3,500/room after discount) There are properties nearby with breakfast and better rooms & play area. I check-in only for its location and had a terrible experience. Positive: Swimming pool, table tennis, decent food, location (river side), bed, only suitable for day usage & bachelors, those who want to booze & sleep, those who want a quick night stay Negative: Not suitable for couples, staffs are rude, poor management, no additional services on request even you are willing to pay for it like camp fire, music, etc. Regards Udhaya Kumar.S Director- sales & Operations Orbis India Tours +91-9790937399
