My wife and I had an overnight stay at the Sebel on a Saturday night. We've stayed here before and it again lived up to our expectations. A new thing this time was a voucher for two free drinks which we used at The Pen (adjacent restaurant/bar) for a glass of wine each while we read the paper and people watched. And we were able to get in early which we knew about because of the phonecall I received earlier in the morning. There's a luggage drop-off point in front of the hotel but we just parked in the adjoining free carpark and carried our stuff across to the hotel. Check-in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was one overlooking the water which was lovely. The room is large and held a comfy kingsize bed, sofa, table, chair, fridge, wardrobe, luggage rest space, tv etc. The room was clean which is always important. We also had a balcony with table and two chairs. And there was a bathroom with toilet, bench, basin and a lovely rain shower. Also very clean. There's a restaurant and large bar area as part of the building complex and they were buzzing on the Saturday afternoon. There are nice walks along the boardwalk plus boats can be hired from a spot almost outside the hotel. Also some other eating places just a short stroll away. Oh, and the hotel has a nice pool according to my wife. We would certainly stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the infinity pool was beautiful, rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. Only a short walk to dolphins quay for some night time dining. Stayed here for a few days Friday to Monday. Very happy with our accommodation - simple with basic furniture. 2 adults & 2 young children. Upstairs were two bedrooms & bathroom. If you find it difficult to climb stairs this isn't for you as the stairs go straight up. Sliding door out to a small balcony over looking the pool. Was spacious & clean. Downstairs was self contained kitchen that lack nothing but being away from home we did live on take aways but all equipment available if you fancy cooking a meal. (Within walking distance is a great eating establishment that you should try and squeeze into you visit). Downstairs toilet with washing machine & dryer. A large table with a comfortable lounge to sit on. Outside grounds were very tidy. Great to stay in summer but would be totally different atmosphere as our stay the weather was May weather. Couldn't fault place if I need to stay in Mandurah again will stay here.

Great choice for an overnight visit to Mandurah . We had a one bedroom apartment on the first floor - very spacious- older style, but super clean and comfortable with great a/c which was just as well as we were there in the early January heatwave. Only one minor niggle- really missed not having black out window treatments in the bedroom- got woken up way too early. However, out and about the well kept gardens and pool were a bonus and we squeezed in a welcome dip before we headed off to see the lights. With a friendly staff, a bakery, bottle shop and supermarket next door, and just a short stroll over the bridge to the foreshore - what’s not to like - just wished we’d booked in for two nights .

Camped here over the long weekend. Small park. Great pool area. Right on a busy highway but the view of hills is lovely. Encountered some very grumpy permanents however who yelled at kids for riding scooters on the path or walking on communal grass, even though there are no signs saying they were not allowed in those areas. Made for a horrible experience for the kids. If it is the case that campers aren’t allowed in certain areas, would be good if staff could advise them of this upon arrival or put up signs.

Stayed over the Xmas period for two nights. Fairly basic and standard hotel but everything was clean and it looked as though the room had been repainted etc within the past year or so. Aircon struggled but it was well over 40 degrees so I think a lot of air ons would’ve struggled. Good location. Downside, bearing in mind it was peak season, room was quite expensive for what it was.

Very disgusting and run down. Our room smelt like vomit that hadn't been clean proper. The TV well after trying to get it to work turned the remote over and the batteries were taped in as the back was missing so was frustrating to operate. No lighting was plugged in and couldn't find where to plug it in. Bathroom where do I start! The vent - what vent it was that clogged that it wouldn't extract any heat or air, the door has had major repair to it and you can see that the patch work and where the paint has run. The noise well music played to late you could hear everyone in the pool as it echoed through out The bed was rock hard! I wanted to pack up at 11.30pm to go home. Only good thing I found was it was walking distance to restaurants and entertainment . Go to check out and no staff to be found . Wont be staying again!

Resort style living with a delicious restaurant onsite - Sunbreakers open from 8am - 9.30pm enjoy a meal in the restaurant or room service is also available with full menu
We were recommended to stay here as it was supposed to be quiet and relaxing only to find the total opposite. We stayed in apartment 16 on Saturday the 7th May 2022. We had been to a 70th Birthday that evening, when we arrived back at the unit at 9.30 we were confronted with blaring music coming from apartment 15 next to ours. At 10 pm the music was getting louder at 11pm my partner knocked on their door and ask for the music to be turned down which they did for all of 5 minutes and then continued on until 2-30am. We made numerous calls to reception leaving messages for the to address the problem, the number for security was not connected so we eventually called the police but was told that they were too busy to come out. When we checked out the manager was not interested at all and told us that they cannot control what goes on and that we should have called the police we told her that we did we then ask to be refunded she then told us that it was not her problem that we had no sleep or that there was no one to call to address the problem and refused a refund. Both Charmaine and Gail were both extremely rude and have the worst customer service the I have ever come across. Bathroom is old with mould in the grout, the shower was so small that a large person would hardly fit. The only positive that I could say is the linen was clean and fresh.
