Reviewed By ValeGrasThanks to the kindness of the young couple that manage the hotel, the hospitality was really warm. The hotel is clean, comfortable (little bit noisy...) and accurate. Private parking in the backyard. Worth the price.

Reviewed By 153majdtAwesome view on the beach and great scenery. The beautiful design and decor add to the experience. The staff were excellent and followed hygiene instructions and wore facemasks, their service was great. The food was of high quality and there was many options to chose form varying from moroccan traditional to modern dishes.

Reviewed By unahughesThis is a centrally located, reasonable and very clean hotel .I stayed there 5 nights . Breakfast isn't provided but a very good cafe is nearby . Mounir and Hamid at reception are very helpful .Spanish is a help in North Morocco .Security is good and there is a 24 hour reception .The bed was very comfortable and a superb walk in shower .

Expérience ne donnant pas envie d'y retourner
Reviewed By yassmine56L'emplacement de la résidence est très bien, à proximité des jolies plages de la costa de Marina Smir, ainsi que de Ceuta, L'Mqiq et L'Fnideq. La résidence est assez propre et bien entretenue. L'appartement numéro 2 du bloc I de Jawhara 1 : très mal équipé, chauffe-eau en panne donc pas d'eau chaude (dans une maison d'estivage????), gazinière et lave linge non fonctionnels, électroménager vétuste, ustensiles de cuisine très insuffisants… Le personnel est très peu réactif, ne nous as pas munis des bracelets et des laisser-passer de voiture nécessaires à l'entrée de la résidence et de la piscine. Possibilité d'accès qu'à une des deux piscines disponibles, à cause d'un conflit entre les syndiques.

Reviewed By SouheilmabbPrestation globale nettement inférieure au prix payé. Check in a 17h, équipements mal entretenus, personnel impolis et mal formés, résidence non équipée pour personnes à mobilité réduite, sur capacité au niveau de la plage, restauration chère et peu propre. De plus , il y’a pas de wifi. A éviter comme la peste !!! En dehors du site, cette residence est décevante ! Arnaque, absence d’hygiène et non respect des mesures COVID, le personnel est tres incompetent et impoli. Les appartements manquent du strict nécessaire ( plaque en panne, fuite au niveau de la SDB, vaisselle insuffisante et usée …) le ménage est effectué ds les appartements a 17h !!!!!
