Reviewed By Bleys RReasonably priced hotel that offers easy access to IAD despite it seeming to be off the airport hotel area. Shuttle picks up every half hour. Good Irish pub with many sports screens across the parking lot in the Holiday Inn, which costs lots more to stay than does BW.

Reviewed By Gene PHotel is a little hidden in its location, but definitely stands out. Clean property, enough parking, decent sized lobby. Check in was handled by the staff very quickly and they had great attitudes. The entire hotel was clean throughout, The gym was nice, plenty of hot coffee if needed and the hotel is located near so many stores and restaurants. Big comfortable room, quiet, and great shower with good water pressure. Breakfast in the morning was very good with both hot and cold options and plenty of supply. The manager walked around during breakfast asking everyone if they needed anything and if they were happy with the hotel. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to town.

The room, because of its location in the hotel seemed larger than others I’ve been in. It did have a microwave and small refrigerator. Unfortunately, when I connected to the honors WiFi, I couldn’t get the login page to come up on my tablet, but it did on my phone. No idea why and in the grand scheme of things it didn’t really matter for one night. I was surprised by the gap between the floor and room door that was no less than 1/2”. It wouldn’t be difficult for someone to stick a small camera in the gap to eavesdrop, video, or take photos of those in the room. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare; adequate but nothing special. The staff was friendly.

Reviewed By cjschillingHotel is showing it's age. Front desk staff was Ok. Room cleaning is not daily. Had to request soap and extra toiletries. Bathroom Dark. Only USB port was on the alarm. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing special to make this hotel your first choice, but also nothing to make you want to avoid at all cost.

Nice yet overpriced for what it offers
Reviewed By Cruiser477718The Good: Room was lovely - very spacious and comfortable. Nice balcony with chairs and a small table, pretty view. The food was great. We had dined at Mortons the evening before and my husband said the steak he had was equally as good. Beautiful setting in the charming town of Middleburg. The valet guys were great - helpful and welcoming as was the front desk staff. - both on check in and check out. The Bad: The woman 'managing' the outdoor porch dining area was awfully rude. It was not al all crowded yet she only acknowledged our presence after I spoke and asked if we could sit down for a cocktail. No we couldn't! The tables are reserved for meals only, she ushered us into the bar and then told us we could only sit at the bar or at one of two high tops as everything else was reserved for meals - it was 3:30 in the afternoon and hardly anyone was there. Three bartenders at the bar, four people sitting at the bar and it took more than 10 minutes to take our order. Out of coffee the next morning in the lobby area until another guest complained to the staff. She also shared she has stayed here before and service has really gone down hill. We have stayed at many resorts all over (including last weekend) and for the price and what it offers including 'the experience' we would not go back. Final note - we drove to the Inn at Little Washington (fairly close) for lunch at their new cafe and the service, food and venue was amazing!!

Ever feel like you're stuck in an elevator?
Reviewed By DaysofThundr46I read from several people the elevator was slow.... but this was beyond slow. We thought we were stuck inside. You had no idea it was even moving. Going from the 2nd floor to the 1st took about 3 minutes. Other times, it took 30 seconds. The GM emailed me to say its been fixed since our stay, but man, we really thought we were stuck in there. ANYWAYS, the room was nice and big with a couch and king sized bed, nice and big Samsung TV, WiFi worked OK, shower had decent pressure, but you really had to crank the hot water to the max to get it hot. Bed & pillows were comfy. I used the jacuzzi/hot tub which was OK. Jets could of been a bit better and a tick warmer water, but still a nice and relaxing time. Did not have the free breakfast. Staff were friendly enough, easy check in/out. Location is fairly easy to find, close to a bunch of things, and downtown Leesburg, which has a very slow speed limit. I'd return to this property as long as the elevator is fixed.

Reviewed By Cruiser245806Don't stay here if you have standards. They didn't explain anything to us when we checked in. I had to call for a quite a few things. The receptionist gave me a dirty look just for asking for clean towels & a few other things that should be given when housekeeping comes. Housekeeping doesn't come & change the sheets or clean the room until after you check out. Who thought of that? A room gets dirty when you don't have the equipment to clean it. Provide it if this is how it's gonna be from now on. There were no instructions on how to operate the TV and the washing machines. The pool was not clean at all. It had dead bugs & debri in it. It was practically begging to be cleaned but the staff here does the bare minimum. They do not take initiative at all. The Hyatt brand to me is about affordable luxury. This hotel is not that at all. The guests are an afterthought.
