Wonderful location
Reviewed By Clóvis XWell located, clean room and next to a mall, good breakfast and the reception during the day is very friendly. It needs an entertaining room for guests since the options in the city are few. One of the lamps in my bed was burned. during the check of the rooms, these things should also be checked by the staff.

Reviewed By bauwensSo we went to Lorena again after a few years, and we stayed at Dom again. And again, mixed feelings. This time we booked a superior room. I won't repeat my previous review, but I continue in agreement with it. The name "aparthotel" is eally a misnomer since there is no kitchen. Not only has the bathroom sink only cold water, but it's a time tap, designed for public toilets, where people might not bother closing it after use, which is a pain in the butt. Windows are rather poor, with single glass panes and poor sealing. Saving on construction costs, but noisy and surely not cost-effective when including power for air conditioning. People are nice and helpful. They now do valet parking (included in the rate) which is good since their lot is so small and entrance so narrow. Occasionally they use the parking next door, which is OK. Alas the restaurant on the top floor has now been replaced by some hamburger franchise. Still, this is by far the best place to stay in Lorena.

Reviewed By vivian2303Estivemos por uma noite e cumpriu o papel principal do custo benefício.Hotel novo. A única coisa péssima foi a cama extra que é pavorosa até para uma criança que foi o meu caso. Compensa pegar o segundo quarto com 50 por cento de desconto para acomodar a terceira pessoa. Dentro do shopping, usa o mesmo estacionamento que é grátis. Café da manhã para um Ibis achei fresco e bom. Não precisa muitas coisas, mas as poucas coisas sendo boas já é maravilhoso.Cama com edredom branco, que é difícil ter num Ibis. A mesma recepção atende o outro Ibis também. Voltaria

Reviewed By alexthecariocaGood location. A little dated building, nice airco, comfy, good balconies. The staff are extremely friendly. They have a pool but I did not use due to bad weather No negative points to mention at all.
