A delightful privately run hotel set in a fantastic loch side location between Glencoe and Ben Nevis Mountain ranges, offering quality accommodation with amazing restaurant with direct loch view and a well-stocked Bar. Our location is famous for its breathtaking views – and in fact we are the only hotel with uninterrupted access to Loch Linnhe via our gardens. Whether it’s relaxation, adventure or a gathering that you’re looking for, The Onich Hotel is not only the Hotel for all Seasons, but also the Hotel for all Occasions. Our accommodation comprises standard rooms, direct loch view rooms, deluxe loch view rooms with private balcony and the ultimate self-catering Beach Pods right by the waters. All rooms are tastefully decorated with full set of amenities. Our gardens offer stunning, awe inspiring views over Loch Linnhe to the Glencoe mountains in the east and Morvern and The Isle of Mull in the west. The Onich Hotel and Loch side Gardens is your ideal location for an amazing West Highlands getaway! We are one of the few truly pet friendly hotels in the Highlands!
Went to the bar which the staff member had all the lights turned off, so I asked if they were serving lunch, response yes, so I then asked for menus and if we could order drinks. Clearly had no idea what stock the bar had. Ordered lunch - a sandwich and burger and waited one hour. There were 3 other tables of two. No apology given and when we said about the time we were told it was a lot busier than normal. Such a shame because the views are stunning and the food was nice but service was so poor we will not be in a hurry back.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Inverness to travel the NC500, and were blown away by the quality and service provided by Mark and his team. 2 weeks later we stayed another night before travelling home, and this proved that the first visit wasn’t a fluke. The quality at this B&B is nothing short of exceptional. Everything is “just right”, from the furniture & decor to the marvellous food at breakfast & dinner. Mark makes everyone feel at home and extremely comfort from the moment you step in the door. As an ex-chef, it is clear he still has a passion for food. Breakfast is exceptional, and the dinner option during Summer months is a “must have” - why walk into Fort William, which is quite run-down, when you can have the quality of food offered by Mark. If that’s not enough, the bedrooms are a good size, with high quality furnishings and extremely comfortable large beds. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation, and it would be our first and only choice when visiting the area again.

Exclusive Highland Retreat & Spa with extensive grounds, private beach and panoramic sea-views. Can accommodate 15 people for a special occasion or individual rooms available for short stays.
The hotel is in a beautiful secluded spot by the Loch side. Our stay was made even better by the fabulous weather. We enjoyed using the spa as the views from the outdoor hot tub were amazing. After a delicious dinner it was only surpassed by breakfast by the Loch the following morning.

Alan managed to accommodate a group of 4 for us at a last minute request, I was met at reception by Julie(a beautiful and amazing person) who went above and beyond her duty to help us out, the bunkhouse is set among some of the most beautiful scenery in Scotland, this is also a gorgeous and clean establishment and with the personal touch given I would highly recommend a stay in the Corran bunkhouse Dave at TMM Experience's

Stunning location beside the sea in the West Highlands of Scotland. All twenty bedrooms have wonderful uninterrupted sea views and are fully ensuite with luxurious fittings and furnishings. Bistro lounge serving all day food and award winning seafood restaurant. Swimming Pool & Hot Tub. Well worth a visit. You'll be back!
Situated next to the sea this quirky hotel is on the site of an old railway station and traces of this remain inside. Classified usually as 3 star it has an excellent restaurant serving good food (all day) at a reasonable price. Bedrooms are plain but comfortable and if you have a four legged friend with you try to book a ground floor room with a small deck and gate to the foreshore. A special draw is the swimming hotel on the ground floor - unusual in a hotel of this size.

Recently taken over and substantially refurbished, one of Scotland's most historic hotels, the Morar Hotel is a friendly family-owned Edwardian mansion house on the romantic 'Road to the Isles', 3 miles from Mallaig, the Southern Gateway to the Isle of Skye. Commanding breathtaking views of the famous Silver Sands of Morar and the Inner Hebridean islands of Rum & Eigg, its panoramic views and comfortable accommodation have made it the perfect coastal escape for many years. Built in 1902, originally as the Station hotel, it is only metres from the train station. Now a modern character hotel with wifi and satellite TV and open to the public, it is only 50 minutes from Fort William by the new road, or an hour by scheduled train services or in the summer by the special Jacobite Steam Train, as featured in the Harry Potter films. The overnight service from London (Euston) leads to Morar Station opposite the hotel and car hire is available in Fort William or Morar.
What a dreadful hotel saved only by its location and beautiful views. The hotel itself is a kip ran by indifferent staff. Corridors littered with dirty linen and rubbish bags, a bar with no draft beer although you can buy a bottle for £6.50. If you find yourself stuck here, suggest you go to the Coop in Mallaig and buy some wine and beer. Real shame as the location has such potential.

Situated directly opposite Loch Linnhe, you can admire the fantastic views of the beautiful surrounding wooded hills and mountains from this hotel. Along with the dining room and pleasant lounge area, all front facing rooms offer super views of the breathtaking Loch Linnhe. The comfortable lounge and ballroom host entertainment most nights, often with a distinct Scottish flavour which is perfect for unwinding after a day’s sightseeing or exploring. A number of rooms have been recently refurbished to increase the capacity at this popular hotel and there is a convenient lift that serves all floors. At nine miles long and over a mile wide and with Ben Nevis towering above, Loch Linnhe is one of Scotland’s natural treasures. The hotel is also just two miles south of the town centre of Fort William, known as the outdoor capital of Britain, and here you can explore the many small and interesting shops and museums.
Hotel situated opposite Loch and had beautiful views from restaurant, our room unfortunately faced the other way which was surprising for the amount we paid. Two coach parties where here on the day/night we stayed.

Our hotel is a STB 4 Star establishment situated just 2 miles south of Fort William on the A82, overlooking loch Linnhe, with outstanding views of magnificent highland scenery. Well-appointed en-suite bedrooms with colour television, hospitality tray etc. Large choice dinner menu. Delicious bar suppers. Fine selection of malt whiskies. Large car park. This friendly family run hotel is dedicated in providing good quality and value hospitality. Sorry No Pets accepted
We decided to stay just outside Fort William at this Hotel as it looked like an ideal location with good free parking facilities, and a short few minute drive to the centre of Fort William. When you arrive and the view you see is just so breathtaking, as the Hotel overlooks and is on the edge of Loch Lihnne, the Corran Ferry is just down the road too. It's a good location to explore the area, and we stayed for two nights on a bed and breakfast basis. The room was nicely decorated and modern, with all the amenties you need. Breakfast was good with a buffet selection, and again the view from the restaurant is like a picture postcard. Staff were polite and courteous, and could not be faulted at all.
