First constructed in 1910, this emblematic building has recently been restored in the heart of Rosario's largest city. 89 Rooms: Concept, Suites, VIP Suites and Luxury Suite. Restaurant & Bar, terrace, Buffet breakfast, covered heated pool , gym, sauna. Event and Meeting Rooms. Parking.
Check in was easy, fast and efficient. We had dinner at the restaurant the food was tasty and simple. The room had a jacuzzi and was clean, modern and spacious. I have to cut it to 4/5 because of breakfast: this is supposed to be a high-end boutique hotel. When we ordered coffee americano they claimed they had to charge extra because that was "the good coffee" and you need to pay extra. Also, we couldn't seat by a window, those were reserved for non-guests. WTF?? Too many rules. Hope they work on those small details. Overall very good experience.

Holiday Inn Express Rosario, located a few meters from the legendary and traditional Oroño Boulevard and the most important gastronomic and walking center of the city. Just 300 meters from the ravines of the Paraná River and its beautiful parks, it is the place chosen for walks, outdoor sports and contact with nature. The property has a unique and contemporary architecture, as well as comfortable and very spacious rooms, where the travelers will find everything they need. If you are on a business trip, you will find the ideal hotel because it is preferred by the most important international corporations operating in Rosario. In addition, we have meeting rooms and a fully equipped business center
I stayed in Room 1018 for two nights. Very friendly and helpful staff, specially at the Front Desk and breakfast room. Very comfortable bed. Sheets were in very good conditions. Location is good (just a couple of streets from Blvd. Orono with restaurants, gas stations and so forth and 6 streets from Cordoba street (main commercial street). Parking is charged separately, it can accommodate plenty of cars and is easy to maneuver. Just a couple of details for the management to look : though the pillow cover was clean and in good conditions, the pillow inside was quite dirty. You could see it even without removing the cover. Furthermore, there is some lack of coordination if you take the elevators from the parking level, because they all seem to go down and don't allow to go up. Competitive rates. Of course I would return.

the hotel is so big, and it has all the amenities, but the concierge doesn´t exist, he never could help us with a booking in a restaurant, the rooms are average, the curtains were unironed so they looked not nice, and the bathroom looked old and the hair dryer never worked

From before we even landed, the hotel set us up with a ride from the airport and our trip was sublime from there. (Extra.) Alejandro at the front desk helped us with all our activities and we had a wonderful time. The hotel itself is immaculate. The jungle is trying to overgrow the lodge constantly and there is literally staff hacking the jungle back so that the guests can be close to the jungle but still have clean pathways and lounge chairs with no plants on them. Our room looked out onto the jungle and we could sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the birds. The entire staff was incredibly polite and eager to please. The lodge itself is on a native reserve. On our last day, after we saw the falls from both Argentine and brazillian side, Alejandro arranged for some bikes to be brought for us so we could bike around. I saw more birds on a short bike ride around the reserve than I could count. This lodge is an opportunity to spend time in the jungle in complete luxury.

Comfort and nature combine harmoniously with the environment. 100 spacious and comfortable rooms located at the heart of the Iryapú Jungle, just 20 minutes from Puerto Iguazú International Airport and close to the region's main tourist attractions. Mercure Iru offers the possibility of rest and harmony connecting with nature. Facilities that will allow you to enjoy a unique environment. The hotel Spa invites relaxation and enjoyment with regional therapies. Our restaurant has a varied menu that combines international cuisine with native cuisine.
All reception staff we dealt with were both friendly and knowledgeable. This made seeing the local area a lot easier. Rooms are a good size and clean. Good amenities, however pool seemed to be closed during our visit which may because this was low/winter season. You can walk into the local town for dinner - approx 25-30 mins.

This hotel was booked for us by Planet Cruise as part of a whole S American Package. It was represented as a FIVE star hotel, and that it certainly isn't. We were somewhat down hearted when we arrived, the welcome was fine as was the Foyer, but the whole place looked as if it needed a coat of paint and a good clean. No help with the bags was offered. Our double room on the first floor (second in US terms) was large, but rather dingy and the carpet definitely needed a good shampoo. It seemed a bit isolated so we went for the Supper in the restaurant, which was best got from the extensive buffet, with good choices and as much as you could eat, and we ordered a bottle of wine, which we consumed over the next days - it appears that selling a GLASS of wine is not normal. Over the next two days this hotel grew on us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Five Stars it ain't by any measure, maybe 3 or 4, but the swimming poor and outside is delightful, the staff really willing and smiling, and the beds were comfortable. Over the next days

An unique location on the three borders landmark, this sophisticated 5 stars, offer an amazing view on the junction of Parana and Iguazu River.
I came here with a tour group and the hotel was very nicely appointed and well located. Had breakfast and dinners and the food was all plentiful and good. I think the service was top notch, especially the front desk staff. I liked that you could walk across the street to the little market right on the rivers and also see the sunset. Great views of where the 3 countries meet. You can also easily walk into the town which was about 1 mile away (good shops and cafes). I also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day walking Iguazu falls. The only recommendation is to update the rooms which were a little outdated with décor, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Having an outdoor balcony was awesome too!

I stayed here as part of a weekend trip to Iguassu from Buenos Aires. Overall my view is that this is a very average hotel: three star at best. Whilst the staff are friendly, the rooms are in need of a dire upgrade. I had to change rooms twice before I was allocated one that at least was functioning! The reception lobby is nice as is the restaurant but the pool area could also do with an upgrade. I only ate breakfast at the hotel which was just about of an acceptable quality. In terms of location it's not too far away from the airport or the falls and is walkable to the main area where the bars / restaurants are. It felt safe walking about. Turning right out of the main hotel gate you can reach the "Three frontiers" border where Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay meet. I didn't discover this until my second day - but there appear to be shows / entertainment put on here on some evenings. I chose this hotel based on price point and on the fact that I didn't intend to spend much time physically at the hotel: which was fine for the Saturday but on Sunday I ended up spending my time there are the Brazilian side of the falls were closed which wasn't a great experience! My overall view is that you are paying a lower price point for this hotel and is reflected in the quality of the hotel: if you're not intending to spent much time here other than sleep and you don't need luxury then my view is that this hotel is fine. However, if you're looking to spend some time at the hotel and / or want an element of luxury I would recommend spending a bit more and staying elsewhere.

In Rosario there is an exclusive option: in an ideal location, the comfort of 40 warmly-decorated apartments and 44 modern suites with all the amenities international hotels offer.
I would not consider this to be a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 star. The "apartment/hotel" room was very very basic. There is a kitchenette - with a small fridge, a coffee maker and a microwave. There's a living area with an extremely basic and very uncomfortable loveseat and a table with 4 chairs. There is no art and no decor or ambiance. There is a separate bedroom which is just barely big enough for the king size bed - which was comfortable. The bathroom is small and very basic. If I had paid $95/night, I would not have a complaint, but for $185/night I really expected something more luxurious and comfortable. I do not recommend this hotel.
