The Bed & Breakfast "Scent of Orange Blossom" has two large bedrooms, a double and a triple, with private entrance and from a category three star officer. The rooms are decorated with taste and refinement, ethnic style and are equipped with every comfort: - Air conditioning; - LCD TV; - Private bathroom; - Entrance; - Mini-bar; - Wi-fi - Linen and towels included.
Great location - poor facilities

While the location was excellent, close to city centre and many places to eat, facilities were not as described. * Free wifi worked only in the courtyard. * No working wifi in room so internet could not be accessed adequately. Very slow access was achieved outside in the courtyard. * Breakfast consisted of pre packaged muffin/cupcake, packaged dried bread, eggs (raw - we had to boil our own), coffee, water * no tea/coffee making facilities in the room * rubbish was not removed at all during our 13 night stay * towels were changed every 3 days and bed sheets weekly * access to reading area/ remainder of the house was only available when host was at home. Contact with the host prior to booking led us to believe the accomodation was 'apartment style' suitable for 4 guests. This was not provided, instead 2 separate rooms (not even adjoining) with no common area. Once again, the outdoor courtyard was utilised when it didnt rain. Before booking be careful and make certain that these facilities provide exactly what you are expecting. We are regular visitors to this town but most definitely will not be using this B n B again!!

Reviewed By mafm578During october 2017 we spent four nights at this B&B, during our trip to Lentini. Our experience was very good. Rooms and bathroom are extremely clean and quiet and location is very good. Nunzia, the owner prooved to be a warm and helpful hostess, attending all our requirements. She even let us park our rented car in her home garage, to avoid leaving the car on the street during the night, and brought us back and forth from her house to the B&B. We definitely recommend this place for people staying in Lentini.

Reviewed By DDFAA really lovely B&B - the owner came to our rescue when a previously booked B&B down the road dumped us after overbooking her property. The property is magnificent, the bedrooms ensuite are sumptuous and the breakfast in a fantastic palatial room was delightful. Highly recommended

Molto deludente
Reviewed By gaetanom395-PARCHEGGIO: una delle ragioni per cui ho scelto Badiula Flat è la presenza di parcheggio indicata su Booking, tuttavia si tratta della piazza di Lentini dove non sono presenti striscie di alcun tipo per parcheggiare, solo assenza di divieto di sosta. Al momento della prenotazione ho chiesto telefonicamente conferma della presenza di un parcheggio moto, cosa che mi è stata confermata. Al momento dell'arrivo, notando immediatamente una situazione poco sicura per il mio veicolo mi viene confermato, dal contatto telefonico, dell'addetta alle pulizie trovata in loco e da alcuni redidenti che la zona è poco sicura. Chiedo una soluzione, anche pagando, ma la risposta finale che mi viene data è "è la prima volta che si presenta il problema". -ARIA CONDIZIONATA: l'appartamento è un unico ambiente (cucina e camera da letto su un soppalco) con un unico condizionatore ad occhio da 9000 o 12000btu circa, palesemente piccolo per la quadratura presente e posto vicino al tavolo. Gli infissi molto antichi e incapaci di sigillare la stanza. Il risultato è una temperatura estremamente elevata nella zona notte. -ASCENSORE: non c'è. Sono presenti 3 appartamenti su piani diversi, raggiungibili solo tramite una scala abbastanza stretta e scomoda. -ASCIUGACAPELLI: ne è presente uno fisso, purtroppo non funzionante poiché fa falso contatto con tanto di scintilla ad ogni accensione. Si è ovviato con un altro phon disponibile, ma la spina è a schuko (quella rotonda), nel bagno non sono presenti prese di questo tipo e nemmeno adattatori, l'unica presa adeguata è in basso accanto alla cucina, obbligando ad asciugarsi i capelli accanto alla pattumiera. -WIFI: funziona male e poco. -ALTRO: uno stendino per gli abiti umidi in un appartamento farebbe comodo, ma non c'è e non è presente nient'altro di simile anche solo per accomodare. La pulizia all'arrivo discreta, ma le mattonelle del pavimento presentano innumerevoli macchie abbastanza sgradevoli. Le sedie vecchie e malconcie. Il paese dalle 13:00 alle 16:00 è deserto e le attività tutte chiuse (spesso anche in gran parte della giornata) rendendo difficoltoso reperire anche un banale caffè.
