Reviewed By Robertas AI had a pleasure time for three days in Stadtpalais hotel. Great clean and amazingly beautiful room. No complains about room service and breakfast. I would definetely recommend it for people who are looking more than oridinary hotel room. I booked it in booking.com where I found more pictures and reviews.

Reviewed By 425hanslGemütliches, neues Hotel am Rande der Altstadt. Saubere Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein besonderes Lob an die nette Dame vom Frühstücks-Service?? Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Gute Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sollte ich mal wieder in diese Gegend kommen werde ich wieder hier übernachten?

Reviewed By Uli1955I stay in this Pub when I go over to Germany to visit Family , large clean Rooms with nice Bathrooms, TV with Cable and Wi-fi in Room, close to Lemgo, Detmold ,Herford ,Bad Salzuflen and quiet a few places to visit during thr day, nothing much happening in evenings as it is a small Village but they have great Beer . Breakfast and Evening meals are also very good, all in all a very nice place to stay for a few days .

Reviewed By rrosendahlAfter seeing the pictures on booking.com, I have to say I was disappointed when I encountered reality. The room I was in looked quite a bit different: It was small, very basic, and dark due to insufficient lighting. The bed was smaller than a US twin and not very comfortable. A weird contraption in the bathroom behind the toilet kept hissing and making loud pumping noises on its on once a minute and kept waking me up. Walls were thin and I could hear other guests snoring. Breakfast was okay at best. Upon checkout, it turned out that the credit card machine was broken and they accepted only cash.

Reviewed By 378hartmuteDas Garni-Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Lemgo, direkt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse. Wenn man ein Zimmer nach hinten raus hat, ist es dennoch ruhig und man hat vom Balkon einen Blick in den schönen Garten. Das Schwimmbad ist schon etwas älter, es bräuchte dringend eine Belüftungsanlage, Handtücher und Seifenspender fehlen. Im Keller ist ein Getränkeautomat der kein Wechselgeld herausgibt - auf vorgenannte Punkte wird man als Gast beim einchecken leider nicht hingewiesen.Das Frühstück ist einfach, man bekommt aber Eierspeisen auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.Der Preis ist mit 79,00€ für ein DZ zur Einzelbelegung deutlich zu hoch. Nebenan ist ein Gasthaus, wo man lecker essen und trinken kann.

Good breakfast, free parking, friendly service - but sub-standard rooms
Reviewed By Rene RI enjoyed the breakfast and free parking. The hotel is located in a decent area as well, not far from the historic city center. The service was nice - seems like the owner is there 24 hrs a day. Free internet. And they take credit card (Amex). The place was quiet. The rooms, unfortunately, are old and need updating. Felt more like a cell. Slight smell of smoke. The bathroom was tiny and I could comfortably touch both sides with my arms when extended.
