We stayed here for one night over the Easter Holidays. We had trouble finding the car parking, assuming it would be under or on top of the hotel. Clearly I wasn’t the first person to go into reception asking the question. In fairness to the hotel it is sign posted quite clearly, but only when you know where to look. The parking area is 1-2 minutes from the hotel, all open-air, large and flat. Great as long as it isn’t raining (which thankfully for us it wasn’t). Check-in was nice and simple, with loyalty noted. Our room was a very good size and at the back of the hotel, so lovely and quiet. The hotel was only completed around two years ago so everything still seems new. The television was very large and the sofa bed already made up for our daughter. The bathroom was decent and well laid out, although I was surprised to see that the designers had gone for a bath with shower overhead, not something you see that often in new mid-range hotels these days. The bar area was tastefully decorated and we enjoyed a drink there, before crossing over the road and heading in to town - Highcross Shopping Centre is next door, so you have very easy access to the cinema and plenty of places to eat. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We would be more than happy to stay here again.

Timelessly elegant, exceedingly spacious and immensely inviting, our hotel rooms are the perfect setting to indulge in a night of luxury. Whether you’re visiting Winstanley House for a celebration, business or leisure, we have 19 rooms and suites in the main Georgian building and the carefully converted former coach houses.
I had my wedding at Winstanley House on 18/5/2022 and absolutely loved the day. Amee Hall was the perfect wedding coordinator, great communication prior to the wedding and she made sure everything ran smoothly on the day, which is what every bride needs. The staff were all lovely, from the reception, bar staff, housekeepers and especially the 3 staff working in the room while we were having our meal and drinks. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and the sun even shone for us. We will definitely be back for a meal soon. If you are thinking of booking a wedding here then don’t hesitate, it really is amazing Zoë

We recently had a 3 night stay here for the Marillion Weekend. The staff were very friendly especially Nicky in the dining room. Slightly dissapointed that the bar was not open until Midnight, as advertised, on the Friday. The breakfast selection was good and despite being busy there was no wait. The room was lovely and big but I didn't find the bed very comfortable but that is a personal thing. Leaving the hotel on foot was a matter of taking you life in your hands as it is essentially in the middle of a huge roudabout with no pathways. That said we would probably stay again as it was con venient for the city centre.

121 luxury aparthotel in the heart of Leicester. Our iconic building has been sympathetically renovated to incorporate stylish interiors and a home from home environment. During your stay, you will benefit from all of the facilities and services you would expect from a boutique hotel, whilst also enjoying the flexibility and comfort of apartment living
So the hotel itself is absolutely fine and good value for money. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and excellent sizes. However... [And I accept this is not the fault of the hotel] across the street is an all night bar/club. Until 6am in the morning all you can hear is dance music with a very heavy bass. I mention the bass because it is so loud you can hear things vibrate! I need to go and give an important presentation this morning and I am absolutely shattered having only had a couple of hours of interrupted sleep.

Travelled up from Kent late to use as a halfway point between the Peak District as had to leave early next morning. Staff were so friendly to me. Felt very comfortable sitting on my own 9pm at night eating a lovely salad full of flavour they knocked up for me last minute. Thought room was a single bed but was a double. Very clean. For the price was great! Felt safe on my own.

City sights and sounds, or country peace and quiet? There's no need to choose at Premier Inn Hotel Leicester South (Oadby). Located in a quiet, relaxing spot on the outskirts of Oadby, you'll also be well placed for exploring business and leisure destinations in nearby Leicester. Tee-off on the green at Glen Gorse golf club. Spot a hot bargain at Highcross shopping centre. Or watch your favourite horse come in at Leicester Racecourse. Win or lose, the lovely restaurant next door to us can help you refuel while our new, modern rooms with extra-comfy kingsize Hypnos beds take care of the relaxing.
I stayed at the Premier Inn Leicester as I was involved in an aerobatic competition for the weekend at Leicester airport. My main wish was to sleep well for the two nights. Sadly this did not happen. My room was right above the entrance/reception and as well as people coming in late and making noise as they made their way to their rooms (despite lots of signage urging people to be quiet), the reception staff during the night chatted constantly at normal volume which kept me awake all night long. The room itself was comfortable, although much too hot. But the noise was unacceptable. I did complain and was moved to another room for the second night. But general noise from other guests was still a problem in this compact hotel. The restaurant was terrible, the food was poor and we had to wait over an hour for our mains because I think they had forgotten our order. I won't return.
