Strategically located in the heart of Legazpi City, The Marison Hotel is built to be the premium gateway for tourists and business travelers in the Bicol region. Situated just a quick five-minute drive from the Legazpi Airport, it’s easily one of the most centrally-located hotels in the city. Apart from being the perfect base for anyone who wants to see the beauty and splendor of Legazpi, The hotel maximum comfort and convenience. It aims to provide a luxurious experience for everybody, making it the best place to truly feel the warm Bicolano hospitality. The Marison Hotel is a four-storey complex boasting 118 huge and elegantly-furnished rooms that showcase beautiful and contemporary design, arguably among the best in the region. It is one of the biggest hotels in Bicol — and the biggest in Legazpi City. All guest rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a desk, free WiFi, and a private bathroom. Some rooms are also fitted with a terrace for guests to enjoy the breathtaking view
The rooms and common areas were clean and well-kept but they asked us for a ‘surprise’ security deposit upon check-in. It was not on the property’s message or general guidelines for checking in — for travelers who are on a budget so it’s a bit off really cause the deposit is ₱ 3,000. I prolly won’t check-in again!

One of the better hotels in Legazpi - upmarket, comfortable and good value. Room was large, clean and good. Bed comfortable. Bathroom good. Restaurant breakfast was good, all as expected. Dinner buffet great and live music too - I love that touch. Pool is good but a bit of a walk up the road. Staff friendly and efficient. Dogs barking in the morning close by a bit of a negative.

We are Legazpi City's first and only backpackers hostel! A small, family-run hostel, Mayon Backpackers is centrally located- a short walk to the city center, minutes from the airport and bus terminal, and within striking distance of all the major tourist attractions in the area. Stay with us and let the adventure begin!
Booked two family room and city tour with the hostel via Agoda & have multiple email confirmations. The point person didn’t handover the information,so it was a bit confusing upon arrival. The tour was okay, a bit pricey though but since we have the van to ourselves and the driver was pretty nice it was acceptable. Php1400 (6pax) . After the tour the tour, the front desk gave us the wrong room. When they found out, they try to put us in this mold smelling room. When I told them about it, they wanted to put air purifier in the room so it wouldn’t smell. Had to tell them dozens of time that it was acceptable before they changed us into a new room. To be fair, the staffs were nice and polite, however, they weren’t properly trained. The information wasn’t handover... as a result, we had to go over the same conversation over and over. Personally, I wouldn’t go back to this place again. With this price you can probably stay in a much more comfortable and well trained hotel as a group.

We used the hotel as an overnight stay twice when switching between wakeboarding at CWC, climbing Mount Mayon, heading to Donsol and flying out to Cebu. My planning of the trip left much to be desired and I actually booked the wrong night for the first one! Thankfully, the front desk staff (Mart and a lady whose name I forget) handled the situation very fairly and averted a lot of stress! Next on my list of failings was forgetting a charger cable – again the staff at the hotel (Mark this time) came to our rescue. The hospitality extended to the restaurant staff as well, the lady on duty answered loads of questions and took a genuine interest in our trip – I’d say the staff are the biggest asset of the hotel. Both times we had really early starts ~4:30am and the hotel provided a breakfast to go and checking out was smooth both times. The hotel is less than a year old, so the rooms were in good condition and spacious enough. There’s also a pool and an outdoor bar, which we didn’t have time to check out, but would have been great after climbing the mountain.

Emerald Boutique Hotel is a charming, intimate hotel with 30 fully air-conditioned rooms. This makes the hotel homey. And with its friendly customer service it is hard for guests not to like this hotel. Emerald Hotel has all the amenities that matter most to a budget traveler.
This small hotel offers basic accommodation and has very limited amenities. Nothing luxurious. AC rooms with toilet and shower, hot and cold water, basic toiletries, but no elevator, spa, swimming pool, etc. Its price is quite high considering its lack of amenities. Standard room (single occupancy) costs Php 2,000 a night. Very limited parking slots. However, its location is good ... just a few meters away from the main road, the cathedral, the municipal hall, and so forth.

I like the Check in and Check out Policy. Rooms are clean. Room rates are affordable. Hotel is located within the metro. The only downside is, no elevator. It's tiring to take the stairs when you're at the highest floor of the building.

Mayon Lodging House offers clean, affordable, comfortable and convenient place to stay in Albay. Located along the Pan-Phil.(AH26) highway in the town of Daraga, very accessible to transport jeeps and buses going Manila, Legazpi, Sorsogon and provinces in the South. Near tourist spot i.e. Cagsawa ruins, Sumlang lake, old Daraga church, Lignon hill. From the roof deck got the best view of Mt. Mayon Volcano. Kitchen and dining area located at the roof deck. 24/7 front desk, parking, security and wifi are available.
Awesome place. Best rood terrace with kitchen and the best view of Mayon. Rooms are tidy and clean, probably the cleanest in 3 weeks in the country being on a budget. Staff is very friendly and can arrange ATV tours - however, you're better off just spot g across the bridge towards Cagsawa ruins and bargain a better deal on spot (we got the Green Lava tour for P950 per person with 200 ccm ATV for 2 persons).

Excellent Service! Friendly staff particularly Ms.Summer. We enjoyed our stay, very clean and helpful for assisting us for everything from activities and providing a vehicle for us to the airport. Strongly recommended also good breakfast on rooftop with stunning view on the volcano.

The Casablanca Suites is a boutique hotel located less than a kilometer away from the Legazpi domestic airport and strategically situated right in the middle of the city where the Legazpi Business Districts, all major shopping centers, local and the provincial government units and other public facilities are all less than ten minutes away. The close proximity makes it an ideal airport hotel for the busy executives and a jumping ground for the domestic and foreign tourists eager to experience the "Wonders" of the Bicol Region.
WORST hotel I've ever experienced. Dirty linens. Bathroom smells like moss. I don't know if they even scrub the bathroom. The faucets and shower are full of thick watermarks that looks like never been scrubbed for a long time. There's no room cleaning service everyday from the housekeeping so what I did, I just asked the housekeeping to give me 1 set of linens and I'm the one who changed all linens in my room. I checked in, I paid, and then this kind of service is what you gonna give?
