Reviewed By budamickeyWe stayed one night at this hotel as a stop on our way further south. We stayed at the building nearby, about 50 meters from the reception/restaurant, and it was just perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious and air-coned. The check-in was smooth, the breakfast was great and the parking was just around the corner from where we slept. We can recommend this place as it has great service and super friendly staff...

Hotel charged my credit card twice without refund
Reviewed By flip333The accommodation has been ok. Room size was not big but ok for a hotel room. Furnishing is a bit "old-style". The glass front of the shower was difficult to move and metal parts partly rusted. Nice and large garden. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel charged my credit card twice on Sept. 16th and 22nd but I only booked and stayed one night from Sept. 14th till 15th. They do not refund the unjustified charge which makes me extremely angry. Instead they sent to Booking.com literally a false statement: "On the 20th September he called me and he said me that at 8 pm he would be arrive in my hotel and he make a reservation without booking.com. He didn't arrive and I had free room , that evening I said no at a lot of people because we were full." Fact is that I am back in Switzerland since Sept. 17th and started working again on Monday Sept. 20th making it completely unreasonable and illogic that I would have booked a room for another night there. It is more than 600km away from the place where I live and work. All this can be proven but I did not get any proof from Booking or the hotel that a second reservation was made on Sept. 20th which does not exist. Given these circumstances I do not recommend the hotel. I would not stay there again. I would not give them my credit card again. I recommend everyone to be extremely careful about this. I will do whatever it will take to get the unjustified second charge from my credit card back. Given that I paid 2 nights but only booked and stayed one night, the value for money was not ok.

Everything was very relaxed at this hotel. --------------------------------------- La colazione era una colazione in stile continentale o una colazione tipo pancetta, uova, salsiccia con caffè self-service e succo appena spremuto, il letto era estremamente confortevole e di buone dimensioni con bagno/WC. Tutto era molto rilassato in questo hotel. Disliked · Nothing was bad at this hotel, I had a very pleasant stay here. It was a very quiet location but also near enough to the more lively areas of Biblione & Lignano Sabbidoro if you enjoy a bit of nightlife/late night restaurants. -------------------------------------------------- Niente era male in questo hotel, ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole qui. Era una posizione molto tranquilla ma anche abbastanza vicina alle zone più vivaci di Biblione e Lignano Sabbidoro se ti piace un po' di vita notturna/ristoranti notturni.

Reviewed By Glenav69We stayed here for about 5 days. The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. No hair dryer or clothes iron - so bare in mind if you need these items. Breakfast was very basic but coffee was unbeatable. Cute alfresco area for drinks and aperol - but take your strongest mozzie repellant. A handful of restaurants to walk from the hotel. Do not rely on public transport, have your own wheels. Hotel staff were very kind and polite, mostly non-English speaking but you can get by.

Tolle Zimmer mit vielen liebevollen Details, leckeres Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten und super liebenswerten Gastgebern, die uns ganz viele tolle Tipps gegeben haben. Die Umgebung von Lignano und Bibione ist abseits des Massentourismus auch absolut sehenswert (z.B. Fahrrad- und Bootstouren) und auch Venedig ist in 1h mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Wir sind als Familie mit kleinem Kind verreist und haben uns alle sofort wohlgefühlt - wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!

Nice house with 4 rooms with private bathroom, wifi, breakfast included, private parking. We are at 15km from Lignano Sabbiadoro and Bibione. A short distance away you can visit beautiful sites along the river tagliamento and many other sites off artistical culture.

Reviewed By Michele CHo alloggiato con un amico a giugno ,bel posto camere piccole ma confortevoli le pecche doccia con tenda che non è il massimo per farsi la doccia e manca il phon in camera,inoltre l.aria condizionata non è regolabile ,per il resto il posto è molto bello immerso nella natura circondato da alberi di nettarine,colazione molto buona tutti prodotti fatti dai titolari compreso il succo di frutta.ottimo lo consiglio.
