Strimon Garden is a 5-star SPA hotel that combinates ancient traditions in medical spa treatment, mineral springs and facilities for business conferences.
Pros: good downtown location; beautiful premises; clean, large enough room with balcony; delicious buffet breakfast; great SPA-center; huge outdoor swimming pool; free private parking; Cons: bathroom a little worn out; free, but slow wi-fi; average a la carte menu in the hotel’s beautiful garden restaurant;

Overall, a very nice visit. Perfect location with plenty of parking spaces. Close to the main attractions. Rooms were cozy, spacious and with wonderful view of the mountains and neighbors bathroom. The Restaurant was awesome, the customer service, on the other hand, was mediocre. The food, however, was excellent, delicious and world class. There is a great terrace, which you can enjoy in great weather. The bathrooms were quite disappointing and not well-thought.

We bring the idea of a boutique hotel in Sapareva Banya to a whole new level. We sowed the seed of extraordinairy style near the wild beauty of the majestic Rila Mountain. Our vision of tourism innovations reverts the notion and introduces a unique style in the four-star service.
The hotel is well located in Sapareva Banya, not to far away from the starting point to visit the Riga lakes so this town is a very good option for a short stay and this hotel, the best one in the area. Personal at the reception are really nice and smiley. The same you can say about the girl attending the SPA. Rooms are comfortable and nice, the breakfast area is also nice and the SPA is great after a day of trekking in the area, including the jacuzzi pool in the roof floor. It is more expensive than other hotels in the area but if you can afford it, I won’t consider any other option. You can also park for free in the private parking and enjoy the SPA area without any extra cost.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the nature, near the cable car to visit the 7 Lakes and near the start of other great hiking areas. Therefore, the location of this hotel is it’s biggest benefit. The room was clean, had all the facilities needed and had a good mattress. Bathroom was ok; unfortunately there was not enough warm water to fill the bath. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the fact that the employees do not speak English; not even a few words. This makes it hard to communicate if you do not speak Bulgarian. Luckily we had Google translate to help us :). Next to this, the breakfast was not great. There were no options, you either got so-called french toast or another cheese-filled dough from the frying pan. The latter was way to fat for our liking (especially at 9 am). Altogether, our experience with this hotel was good. We definitely enjoyed our days in the nature!

We stayed here for 2 nights while exploring the Rila mountains. The hotel is located in a beautiful forest, rooms are very clean and tidy. The highlight of the place are the hosts- extremely friendly and welcoming. They explained everything that we needed to know about our trip. The restaurant offers wild game meat which I strongly suggest you should try. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Two of us stayed here for two nights last weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased. The welcome was pleasant and seamless: we were able to get by with our limited Bulgarian vocabulary thanks to the patience of the staff. Our room was as expected-clean and with ample storage for two nights’ worth of clothes. The mattress was quite comfortable. The small balcony looked out to the trees and was well-appointed. As others have mentioned, the bathroom is a wet room with glass separating the toilet from the shower. We were supplied with two nice robes and shampoo and conditioner. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night and the food was simple, very tasty, and piping hot. There was ample food for breakfast which was included in our reservation. The service was excellent and staff friendly. We will definitely visit Villa Ema again!

Great staff, great food, cozy atmosphere with a couple friendly doggos to keep you company, stunning view and lots of snow! If you want peace and quiet-this is the place for you, there is also wi-fi if you need to work here! I recommend it! ?

The hosts are very informative and helpfull. The guesthouse itself is well maintained and has a small pool. They have a garden with a tasty tomatos. We have enjoyed our stay!

There are apparently one “hotel” and one “villa” on the same street two plots apart. We stayed in the villa. The host was polite, the check in was efficient. Pros: - it’s cheap - it was very clean - the surrounding is quiet - comfortable mattress Cons: - the room is very small with oversized king bed - no wardrobe and space for even a small luggage - the shower tap is unnecessary fancy but broken - the worst is that the sound insulation between the rooms is very poor, you can hear when the water tap is on, the shower is used, the laughter of the people next door. It is good for one night crash in only. I hope they’ll improve.
