International flair meets Rhenish hospitality in a leafy area close to the city centre, just 5 km from the main train station and with excellent connections to Cologne and Dusseldorf. With 155 rooms, 12 meeting rooms next to the park, 2 restaurants, a bar and a training and seminar office, the 4 star Novotel Krefeld offers a complete service for all your conference needs. The 18 hole golf course opposite the hotel, an aquatic leisure centre and our outdoor fitness circuit make for an inspiring break.
The reception was friendly and efficient, the place is in the middle of nowhere with lots of green and one should get a relaxed night of sleep. But no. I had a very unpleasant smell in my room from the drain. Told them at check out, no reaction. Not even a free coffee. Don't expect to have a long sleep as the doors close with so much noise, it is impossible to sleep. Bang, bang, bang.... non stop.

Ther Mercure Parkhotel Krefelder Hof features 156 elegant rooms and 4 unique luxury suites. The hotel is located in a park, just a few minutes from the city centre and the zoo. Dusseldorf international airport and the trade show centre are approximately 20km from the hotel. Enjoy international and typical regional dishes at our restaurant La Brasserie. Outstanding convention facilities.
Generally poor and in serious need of renovation, chair in room was very worn, skirting board falling apart… Service was very slow. First room had no lights, second room only one plug worked, reception took 35 minutes to change rooms for me, poor! Hotel was clean and comfortable though and breakfast was good. Expensive for the standard of hotel,!

super friendly and helpful staff made extra effort and offered us a Coffee-to-go as we didn't have breakfast. That was super nice and unexpected. Rooms and location is ok, if you are sensetive to noise reuquest a room to the back yard....Overall we were happy with our stay

Booked a room through booking.com that was no fee cancel, because of delays on the ferry crossing I was not going to arrive before 23:00 and notified them through the booking app. I got a phone call from the hotel to tell me they would hold the room if I emailed them card details, I could then phone and get access codes as no one would be in reception. This I did and then drove to the hotel in the early hours of the morning, no one would answer the phone to give me the door entry code or code to the key safe so I left and notified them by email that I could not get access and had left. Two weeks later they are attempting to take the money from my card and have the audacity to say they are entitled to do so. With the Amazon depot at Krefeld a lot of drivers are looking for reliable accommodation after they have dropped their freight,. Take note all you drivers that this is one to avoid

Stayed there 2 nights. Simple rooms. Not very attractive but clean. The rooms with street view are like sleeping on the pavement next to the traffic. Very noisy. The breakfast was simple but fresh. Not for romantic stays.

Stayed here for a night on a business trip and everything was as expected. It's a modern budget hotel and the value was great. Everything was clean, the room was small but comfortable and had everything inside that I need, drinks and snacks can be purchased at machines in the lobby and the breakfast was tasty with a good choice. The location of the hotel is good, nearby the main station in the city center.

The Hotel-Restaurant Benger is landmarked and over 100 years in family property. Thebuilding is - at it's oldest part - over 250 years old and is as a guesthouse wirh brewery mentioned in a document from 17th century. At the 8th of may 1896 Heinrich Benger bought the guesthouse and named it "Hotel Benger". Of course he offers his self-brewed bear. 1928 Carl Benger and his wife Maria inherited the Hotel and builted a new outbuilding to increase the hotel. Since 1969 Carl-Josef Benger and his wife Ulla has been managed the Hotel in the thrid generation. Me, Alain Michelis, and my team directed the familiar atmosphere from the hotel since october 2006. We wish you a nice stay.
The people at this hotel are wonderful and very responsive. I loved the old world charm and the centralized location. The bed and the room were comfortable, and the buffet breakfasts had a wide array of offerings. I would stay here again and again.

Basic hotel but offers everything you need for a quick business stay. It is clean, the breakfast is ok and the staff is kind and helpful. It is a very good position to go around in Krefeld and relatively close to Dusseldorf.
