Great place. Clean rooms. Friendly reception. But my word….. the restaurant…. Is DISGUSTING!!!!! Even the Hotel Staff are embarrassed by them. The food is left waiting for too long if it has been made correctly in the first place. The amount of ‘out-of-stock’ is ridiculous. Even down to available drinks.

I had the most enjoyable lunch with a friend I had not been able to see in four years. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The menu was varied and the food was delicious. A very characterful property.

Great food lovely atmosphere. Staff very accommodation of our requests. The garden is large and fenced from canal, with a separate children’s play area. The food was great thank you, even the burgers and chips were a showcase of the chef’s talents. The prices were very good, especially compared to the London rates we are used to. The good sized room was bright, clean, and well laid out, with a lovely view of the garden and canal. Plenty of parking and whole area is set well away from the main road. A little gem awaiting your visit. Can wait to return again and sample more from their menu. Thank you guys.

Oxford B&B is in Kidlington near to Oxford City centre, Blenheim Palace and Bicester Village, it's very nicely done and our valued guest liked it very much.
☹️ Bit of a scruffy area, there was undesirable characters sitting on a bench outside drinking beer at 10am, musty smell, mystery stains on the bedding, no breakfast provided. ? bed was reasonably comfy, tv in rooms with Netflix, bathrooms in room Probably won’t stay again

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights (we participated in the 20 mile Pink Ribbon walk) and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff there. The rooms were clean, the breakfast delicious and the staff extremely friendly. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Panshill Leisure, Countryside & Luxury Accommodation in Oxfordshire provides Luxury Lodges, bungalows & quaint and comfy en-suite rooms, each one personally decorated to a high standard. A real home from home. All set in a peaceful and quiet woodland location .
A group of 4 of us stayed in a bungalow. We did not expect that our accommodation would be joined to another room, only separated by one regular locked door. This didn’t feel comfortable, relaxing or peaceful, as there was a big hole under the door, and we could hear the neighbours going to the toilet and blowing their nose all night. I felt that this should be made clear on booking. The accommodation was clean, the hot tub was FAB, clean and a really good temperature. But it didn’t feel like luxury accommodation, it felt clean and practical. Communal area was very basic and wasn’t relaxing for a group. Would be nice if the room was moved around to make a more sociable seating area. Some more mirrors would be helpful too. There was a gorgeous view of the woods and a pond and we saw some beautiful birds. We had a lovely time, but not luxury, and be prepared for your neighbours, only separated by a door if your in the bungalows, wish we could have been in a lodge they looked lovely!

Really superb find in Kidlington. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. The host made us feel very welcome and the no shoes policy gave us assurance they were very keen to keep the place spotless. Though not in the heart of Oxford, the bus services (the stop is a 2 min walk from the property) are quick, cheap and very regular. Breakfast was also plentiful! We will definitely be returning!

We only needed a bed for the night as we were attending an event at nearby Blenheim. Room was very basic, bare overhead lightbulb and no bedside lamp. Crockery was dirty - lipstick on one cup and one teabag/milk per guest. Bathroom was dirty with hair and dirty marks on the walls. Only half a loo roll! Horrible toothbrush holder and loo brush. Obviously very old. Breakfast was serve yourself in a small kitchen, with 8 rooms I am not sure what would happen if everyone wanted to eat at the same time. Again very basic, cheap white bread and two cereal choices. Margarine and jam for toast. A small selection of tired fruit. Room price didn't reflect facilities available.

Booked over 2 months ago.Called 2 days before check in day to make sure can check in early, was told no problem. On the day of check in received an email at 7am to say the booking had been cancelled due to overbooking. Tried to call property and no answer, had to book elsewhere. AVOID
