Great local experience!
Reviewed By Z8605VYanarI stayed 2 days with Oud and Yoon, a kind and lovely family that showed us their culture and some beautiful spots around the village. We visited the local school and we were english teachers for 2 hours, we learnt about Shan culture, cooked delitious dishes, visited a hotsprings and a beautiful sunflowers fields. They provided us a bikes so we could explore the village, that is owesome. This was an authentic and one of the best experiences in my trip around Thailand.

Magical place
Reviewed By KiwiCanuckBKKSpent one night here doing the Mae Hong Son loop. Owners were amazingly friendly, spoke excellent English, and were ready for us. We booked one of the upstairs bungalow rooms. Super comfy bed, great day bed for relaxing, terrific balcony, funky shower with plenty of hot water. The true star was the view from every window and the balcony looking out over the valley. Looking forward to returning.

Big clean rooms, parking spaces for motor cycles - not much more
Reviewed By okossWe booked the hotel about 30 min before arrival. The manger (an elder lady) showed us the rooms. They where in the main building and very large, clean, wooden and very simple but we didn't expect more from it. We had some freid rice for dinner, because that was all they could offer us (it tasted ok), but it was not cheap. If you are on you the Mae Hong Son Loop, it is a good one night stay.

Reviewed By Marlous BWe, two adults and daughter of eight and our friends with their daughter, stayed here for one night during our Mae Hong Son loop. The resort is quite new. We had one of the bigger houses. It was very spacious and clean. The inventory very basic but sufficient. The toilet / shower room was also clean but after showering the whole room was soaked. Not a big problem, easily solved with a good curtain. The hostess was very kind, hardly spoke any english but tried very hard. Breakfast was fried Rice with egg, some coffee and juice. Freshly prepared in the open restaurant next door. Delicious! When we arrived it appeared to be that the swimmingpool was closed due to maintainance. Which happens a lot during low season. After investigating the swimmingpool the guy who worked at the pool and garden told us that we could use the small pool. That was a kind surprise! The hotel is what you would expect for 18 euro a night. Maybe even more, because staff was trying so hard and was really happy to have us.

Camping area, Camping ground, Tipi Canvas tent, and general tent. Located only 3 kilometers from Thung Bua Tong
