Pros: The hotel was spotless and modern. The receptionists did their job in the best way. Sarah was very helpful, and she could speak Farsi and English very well. Meanwhile, Hassan was supportive, and he helped us rent a car to go to Baghdad and visit sights on the road. The every half-hour shuttle service to Haram was another excellent hotel facility. Breakfast was good with a good combination of cold and warm foods, including Foul Mudammas. The bedsheets were shiny. The Shower was excellent, and they provided a complete variety of toiletries. Cons: -I got four different prices in four different ways—the price of a hotel on booking.com was different from the hotel website, and both were different from what I got through a chat with an agent. I had a bad feeling regarding this issue. -I needed a converter for an electrical outlet. They told me they would send it to the room, but they did not! -The room was cold even when we had switched off the air conditioning.
