This hotel is very good because of (1) friendly staff members; (2) great location; (3) competitive price; (4) very good pool and sauna area; (5) gorgeous views; (6) clean How could it be rated 5 stars? It would need to add some of the following (breakfast included in the price, welcoming juice or cocktail, body lotion in the room, cleaning staff members not trying to enter the room when the guest is in, longer swimming pool). I would most def stay here again and will highly likely visit again.

Located in the heart of Georgia’s renowned wine country, The Radisson Collection Hotel, Tsinandali Estate Georgia in Kakheti invites you to explore the many vineyards, as well as the region’s rich history from one exclusive vantage point. All 141 guest rooms and suites are exquisitely designed to match the serenity of the area and offer breathtaking views for an exceptional stay.
Located in Tsinandali, this is a massive heritage property belonging to the erstwhile royal Chavchavadze family. The property is breathtakingly beautiful and has all amenities. It has 2 pools, spa, sauna, billiards and a library. There are 3 restaurants- European, Asian & local Georgian cuisine. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff was very courteous and prompt. We tried the Georgian and European restaurants and found both of them very good. Their room service menu is pretty good as well with Italian and vegetarian options. The room has 2 options- with and without balcony. We chose without balcony as it was bigger in size. They have a small kids playground are as well. They also have a wine cellar which houses Georgia’s first wine bottle. The facility provides a 10 lari ticket to visit Alexandra Chavchavadze museum - you can take a stroll through the vineyards, buy wine from the estate and visit the museum. The location was pretty convenient as Sighnaghi was just an hour away. We loved our stay here. One of the best resorts we have stayed in so far. Would highly recommend.

The worst service ever! No flexibility at all! Had deadline problems with the gift card. The staff has a very bad attitude and is very rude. Wanted to have nice weekend with the kids 6 and 1. They promised to change the date, but then they said NO! In the end my gift card was canceled because of their irresponsibility. They took money in nothing! Stay away from this hotel, one day they can appropriate your money as well!

In the heart of Kakheti, one of the most beautiful regions of Georgia and to the east of the small city Kvareli, beneath the southern slope of Great Caucasus Mountains the unique and beautiful Kvareli Lake Resort spreads over 300 hectares of beautiful natural landscape. The virgin forest surrounding the resort, the lake in the front where the small rivers of Bursa and Chagurgula flow into, vast Alazani valley in the backyard and large hotel rooms each equipped with small terrace and beautiful panoramic views, make Kvareli Lake Resort a unique place to stay.
Kvareli Lake resort is a hidden pearl in the Khaketi Region and has some amazing views of the Kvareli Lake. The resort itself is super clean and both the interior of the rooms are really nice. The beds are very comfy and the views from the rooms are great over the Khaketi Valley. The breakfast is huge and the Corona-security is very strict which I like. The reeception girls Lulu and Tamara were so cute and helpful- the check in and check out very smoothly. The breakfast girl Katrine was also very sweet. You can be sure to enjoy your time at this fantastic place with the green natures and lakes as your closest neighbour. Now to the worst and best part. I had an accident and my phone fell into the lake. I was nearly drowning while trying to get my phone phone at the bottom of the lake. There are angels on this Mother Earth and they are called Dimitri and Lela together with many more who all tried to help me as best as they could to get my phone back. They actually got some firemen divers from Tbilisi to help me dive after my phone. For a travelblogger as me, it is a disaster to loose the phone BUT I will never and ever forget how all these fantastic people at Kvareli Lake helped me in every possible way. Unfortunately the phone was never found but Dimitri helped and the security guy Jimi helped me to get a new one in the middle of the night, just to satisfy me. I will NEVER forget this! And I will for sure be back! Until next time!

were with a child and could not sleep at night due to the noise from the restaurant, plus 100% audibility in the corridor, you can hear all the conversations, screams and slamming of doors, in the middle of the night we moved to another room, they give us a room a lower category than the previous one… , a view of the roof and the noise of industrial machines . I will never go here again

I had a very unpleasant experience with the hotel owner, which leads me to strongly advise anyone against staying at Samzeo hotel. We stayed for two nights and last-minute decided on hiking the to Shatili. We asked the hotel owner whether she knew of any service for sending excess baggage to Tbilisi. The hotel owner offered us to do it for us, free of charge! That was honestly amazing! An exceptional service. Of course, on many occassions we mentioned that we would happily pay for it. She insisted on doing it for free, and we were very, very thankful for that. Unfortunately, this is where all problems started. Yep. That's awkward - someone offered you something really nice, out of good intentions; but at the same time, somehow you have to tell this person that things are going wrong. And if the person actually draws up as inconsiderate, the situation becomes very difficult. Tamara, the owner of the hotel who offered us to transport our bags, did not show any signs of caring about our bags at all. She promised us, on different occassions, very literally, that she would personally hand over our bags in Tbilisi, on the 4th or 5th of August. On the 5th, we did not have any message. Only on 5:30pm, Tamara assured us that our bags would arrive the same day. We waited until 3:30am... still no bags. Only the next morning, without the smallest apology: "Ah, sorry. I can't bring your bags anymore". Tamara knew that we had a flight the same evening (!) on the 6th. Without even asking or offering alternatives, Tamara told us that she was sending our bags - with a lot of valuables - with public transport, unattended, to Tbilisi. When the bags arrived, an item was missing. Tamara read my messages, but did not even respond. Eventually, we had to depart on our flight home. We only rarely got a very short and blunt response from her. I understand that everything was offered with good intentions, and I genuinely appreciate that. However, when you offer something like that, especially involving valuables of other people, you bare some responsibility. From all messages and actions on Tamara's behalf, I can only assume that she cared very minimal about our stuff. Not to speak about caring about our feelings or holiday, as our last two days - as someone could expect - where completely ruined by not hearing anything about our bags that should have already arrived for a long time. I have tried to find a solution on a friendly and fair way. After a week if ignoring, Tamara answered that "she only wanted to do good and that it is not her fault". Actually, I believe that Tamara wanted to do good. However, when, unfortunately, all goes bad, you can't just forsaken other people, stop caring, and abandoning any responsibility. If you want to do good - at least inform us, be considerate, help us, if not (I would deem that appropriate and worthy) compensate a tiny bit of the loss (the loss was about 300$ US), especially considering that we paid more than 500$ US for two nights. Although I think Samzeo Hotel is legally liable for the loss (it was a service the hotel provided; and the item was lost while under their responsibility), I would never ask for the whole amount (or even close to it), as I understand that also for the hotel, and the owner Tamara, it is an unfortunate situation. Even though she handled the situation ridiculously bad. I get the impression she is a person who would never admit any wrongdoings on her own behalf. She has literally told me that she "explained me many times how everything was" and even "that she apologized many times" while that is just untrue and thus makes any conversation or attempt to solve the situation pointless. I think that is not a place where you would like to stay, might something go wrong. I feel bad having posted a negative review, but I see no other option. Take care dear fellow travelers! Georgia is an amazing country with amazing people :)
