Nice hotel but staff need training
Reviewed By DomirwinStayed here for a wedding and booked a suite. Had to move because the suite was poorly renovated and dirty. Executive floor junior suite had air conditioning which wasn't functioning. Staff were unhelpful claiming that it wasn't working and then that it couldn't go below 24 degrees. Eventually moved us to a room which was cool. Executive rooms are nice. Also were with people staying in twin and double rooms which were also of an international standard. Breakfast was fairly typical for regional China with limited Western selection. Staff were friendly. Tip: complain relentlessly until you get what you need and then you should be happy with this hotel. Not expensive.
