This hotel is located in the Isola 2000 ski resort in the southern French Alps and was fully renovated in 2014. It offers ski-to-door access, a restaurant and an indoor swimming pool. Rooms at Hotel Club du Soleil Le Pas du Loup are equipped with a telephone, flat-screen satellite TV and private bathroom. The rooms are accessible by lift. Additional facilities and services include bicycle rental and ski storage. Ski rental shops are located nearby and ski lessons can be taken locally. Hotel Club du Soleil Le Pas du Loup serves a buffet breakfast each morning. Guests can enjoy a buffet service in the restaurant or on the terrace.

Reviewed By Heidi MHotel is very basic, with very dark rooms, most staff were very friendly, especially reception who were most helpful. Some of the restaurant staff not so. Bar and restaurant very lacking in atmosphere. Good for ski in/out. Cleanliness - ok.

Charming Hotel 2**, located in the heart of Isola 2000, facing slopes and near shops. Owners are changed. All rooms are renovated. With slopes or Mountain View, with bath or shower, rooms are equipped with a double bed and flat-screen television. Let's have a drink for an "after skiing" tea time or an aperitif in our bar in front of the fire and on his shinning terrace.

Reviewed By Robert J Twe really look forward to staying here each August for the 15/08. The hotel is very well run and serve a lovely breakfast. Its right in the middle of things with just a short walk to the restaurants, bars and shops.

Great Apartment
Reviewed By David TReally good one sperate bedroom apartment, loads of storage, good wifi signal on their basic free deal. Lots of hot water. The apartment was a little tired but very clean with loads of linen and towels, plenty of electric plugs and fantastic views of the mountains. We have been going to Isola 2000 for over 30 years and have stayed in most of the Hotels and apartments available and this is our favourite. Bus stops outside the reception and the funicula is a short walk . Brilliant staff Sarah and her husband were chrming and a credit to Pierre & Vacances.

All suites feature free WiFi and have a living room, a separate bedroom, a terrace or balcony, a small kitchen and private bathroom. There is a fitness room, a sauna and a shared lounge with a fireplace, a library and a terrace with panoramic views.
Yummy breakfast and cosy lodge with picturesque view
Reviewed By tkaitlynOur lodge manager, Samia, welcomed us warmly when we first reached, and delivered breakfast (of our choice) to our lodge daily during our stay. The lodge was also very cosy and provided a warm place for us to cook our dinner and rest every evening after skiing. It started snowing on our last day and the view from our balcony was simply splendid. When it was about time for us to check out, Samia also prepared some hot lemon tea for us to keep ourselves warm, and even brought our heavy luggages down to the bus stop with us. We have many warm memories of this place and definitely would recommend this accommodation to anyone who's visiting Isola. One point to note, it is not a ski-in and out lodge, so it may be good to deposit your skis at the your ski rental shop instead :)

Reviewed By DW260800Visited with our two sons for skiing holiday. Great location. Near ski lifts, near ski school and shops. Comfortable accomodation. Well fitted. Swimming pool on the small side. Outstanding buffet breakfast with quality ingredients provided by the local bakery. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great quality for money. Great choice throughout.

Excellent stay but still waiting for my deposit
Reviewed By ClaudioBaldariI stayed here with my partner in March 2022. We had an excellent time skiing and the accommodation was very good. They have a nice pool area, nice apartments, and their reception staff were very helpful. However, my bank account is still missing my 400 euro deposit. I have tried emailing and they said they would check with their bank, but I have not heard anything since. I've tried calling but only get through to their voicemail. Where is my deposit and when will I receive it? Is it being held by a third party? I will update this review if I receive it, because I would like to give a better rating but can't justify it currently. I can see one other person mentioned this issue in a review.

Reviewed By MartheH378I will start with the positive in this hotel and that’s the nice beds & clean rooms. Also the interior gives it a nice lodge feel to it. That’s it. The negative part is that The staff in the reception couldn’t answer simple things as: when does the ski lifts close or where can I find the ski school for my child etc. The hostess / manager was very aggressive and unpleasant. We were told a few times that we were to loud !!) also in our room !! Not the case at all. We returned the weekend after and then the restaurant were closed . No explanation-just the staff left for the season (!!) if you want to have a 4 star hotel you are obligated to serve meals ( dinner as well) my guess is that the chef and staff left because of this horrendous hostess. Unfortunately it’s the only decent accommodation in isola.
