Called in many times over the years to find recently that thriving pub is no longer. New management without the charm or cheer of the past ,the welcoming smile replaced by an attitude described only as surly. Many faces I had become familiar with no where to be seen. Not for me anymore. It may have the beer but has lost its cheer.

This is a scam - Agoda’s listing for Osterley Park Hotel shows photographs of somewhere that is clearly completely different. The reality is that this hotel is a three star dump so why is Agoda listing it at $750 a night with photos that make it look like the Four Seasons….

WIFI - Excellent throughout bedrooms & bar area Parking - Its free just ensure that when you go in the pub you add your car registration number. Staff - Friendly with a real family atmosphere Food - Really nice Full English Breakfast & quick service. good pub grub too. Entertainment - There is always something going, something that has been missing in many pubs since covid. They also screen live matches too. We will definitely be back again, its great to go into a family run pub with friendly staff. Its businesses like this that we need to help & look after, so they continue to grow & stay! Just a few tips - add a few supercharging electric car ports, you have a great car park, the food is great, think about reducing the size of the menu though, other than that keep smiling, see you all again soon!

It was so good I put it back for a refund. Really disappointed after reading such good reviews. It looks great but sadly the roasties dried out as they had been sitting. The cauliflower didn't seem to have a sauce it was dry with crispy cheese on top. Cabbage was bitter and also the server stopped it on the plate without getting the water out of it first. The pork was chewy and didn't like the taste of the gammon. The gravy was watery too. The crackling was just oil too no crunch. The only nice thing was the stuffing but I couldn't justify paying that price for just stuffing so put it back. Think the staff took offence but really at the price I'd expect something decent. Who knows maybe it was an off day, I dont want to slate the place over one visit so I'm hoping it was just a bad day. My daughters plate was loaded with water from the undrained veg too. Off-putting. So now I'm back at the hotel eating crisps lol ?

Disappointed!!!!! We had our wedding book at Osterley park hotel and didn’t turn out how we wanted it. We asked for tea and coffees which were not given. The owner had always been so rude to us just wanted to take our money and not help us. He made us pay for food tasting, which he told us is included in the price you pay. Didn’t let us take home any of the food that was given on the wedding day. He promised us everything before the wedding and nothing was delivered he promised us welcome drinks which were not provided. The decor was not what we wanted he had just put anything up. Javed was not organised and does not know how to plan a wedding. The bridal room had toe nail clippings on the floor it was messy an eaten apple was left in the room. There was hardly any parking on the day of the weddding. No one came to check on us and ask if we were ok and if everything was being organised we had to do that all! We also asked for baby high chairs and they didn’t give us any even though they had it in the next room!! He just wanted to take our money and didn’t make us feel like it was our wedding day. Please don’t waste your money on this venue it may look good on the inside but overall we had the worst experience with javed. AVOIDDD! BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!
