Reviewed By 798mirandauThe hotel was absolutely disgusting ? Words can’t even describe how dirty it was. You could catch covid just breathing the air in there. Filthy place. Dirty bedding, stains on the wall, toe nails on the floor. The list goes on.

Reviewed By FAK190Avoid as overpowering smell on marijuana, staff unwilling to help. The walls are so thin you can here everything in the corridors, disturbed sleep. However rooms are a decent size, that’s the only positive I have about this hotel

The reception staff were rude and unhelpful and would benefit from a customer service course. 3 people staying but only 1 towel. 1 mug. No care or attention taken. Stinky grotty minging hotel that didn’t feel safe, clean or comfortable. Avoid at all costs.

Normally a deposit is required in order to secure your stay if you have no photo ID, which was the situation in our case. However as it was my birthday we overspent and we just used our last cash on checking in which meant no cash to deposit. Farry was absolutely brilliant and booked us in anyway, I really appreciated him going the extra mile for us. Thanks ever so much Farry, you completed a wonderful night!! Thanks ☺

Reviewed By michaelsP9952VBMe and my brother in law recently stayed for the weekend for the 1895 and challenge cup final, the hotel is basic, nothing fancy, staff are very welcoming and friendly, our room was a standard twin bed room, we had a tv, kettle and bathroom with shower, breakfast is 7-9 with a good choice of cereal and fried food, tea, coffee and juice's. If we ever decide to go to the finals again we will be happy to stay here again, but like I say it's a basic hotel nothing fancy, but it did the job for us.

Night mare in the breakfast reastaurant was descriminated by the staff who insulted my parent telling them I’m not here to Waite for your all day! If you can’t speak English don’t open your mouth adding the comment these kind of people are like that . She was apparently the supervisor as told by the other colleague when I went to complaint. She had attitude towards us - I felt discriminated! I travel the world but was never treated in such a disrespectful manner. An appauling service! Where you are discriminated and treated inferiority. Shame it’s such a pleasent Hotel!having a management like that detrimental for the business.

Reviewed By CONI_22xThis hotel is absolutely shocking, stayed here for work. Got bed bug bites all over me, no hot water in shower, no toilet paper, water all over floor, lights don’t work and stinks. AVOID AVOID AVOID! It’s actually ridiculous how this hotel is still operating.
