Simple and relaxing. Excellent... but...
Reviewed By Wander SThe hotel offers a lot of options for families with children: a big waterpark for kids, petting zoo, fishing, pedal boats, playground, monitored activities, a toy room and a lot of walking open areas. The food was also a great plus on this hotel - simple, yet very flavorful and well prepared in all meals, although they could manage the sitting arrangement a little better (they have a big restaurant, but they had all the guests sitting close by in only half of it). The entire staff is very helpful and extremely nice, trying to cater of all our needs. The indoor pool is also very nice, although they could place some additional chairs and tables there. However, there's a lot of details that fell short and those are the reason why I couldn't give a 5-star rating: the furniture on the apartments could really use an overhaul, but they are adequate despite feeling a bit rundown. The bathroom is large enough, but the toilet seat, trash bin and shower box are old or broken (trash can) and could be replaced, and the same goes to the light fixtures. Also, the hotel doesn't provide some amenities like shampoo and conditioner (only some bars of soap), so don't forget to take your own. The apartment itself is large and well ventilated, no AC though. It has a porch where you can hang a hammock (provided by the hotel), which is fortunate, because it's the only place I could connect to WIFI (included in the rate) in my room. I also had some trouble connecting in some of the common areas that were further away from the main building. In general, a very nice place to stay, with good/excellent food, but the management could pay more attention to those details which could make for a more complete experience.
