Reviewed By mklawsonWe arrived late. The staff was very courteous and helpful both at night and in the morning. This hotel was one of the cleanest I have stayed in in many years. Breakfast was good. Pricing was reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Not worthy of Hilton Brand we come to love
Reviewed By Mjohns14This place was perfect location, but now what I expected as a Hilton Diamond Member. Extremely Dirty and outdated. TV remote filthy. Staff was nice. It is not there fault. No refrigerators in the room. Elevator os in need of updating. Carpet dirty and worn. Glad I only had to stay one night. We checkes out and found a better hotel. Fairfield inn.

A GOOD NIGHTS STAY
Reviewed By Peggy JIt's Motel 6. The rooms were clean and the young lady who checked us in was very friendly. No hassle check in. It was far enough from the highway that we did not hear any road noise. We were on our way to Biloxi so we stayed only one night but would stay again.

Terrible Hotel taking advantage of Hurricane IDA senior
Reviewed By mrw168I book this hotel to have a place to stay during Hurricane IDA. I had trouble with my credit card online, so I called the front desk to book the stay. The front desk then sent me to another number to deal with the credit card issues. The 2nd phone number book my reservation and I told them I was bringing an animal, and made it was ok. The clerk taking my reservation said yes. After an exhausting 8 hour drive from New Orleans to Montgomery, I arrived at the hotel to be told by the front desk that they refused my reservation. They "didn't want my business". And the clerk at the front desk said the hotel would refund my prepaid reservation. Today, I saw in my credit card bill, they had charged me. I wrote the email to the hotel asking when I would get my refund. A man from the hotel called me back and was quite stern to me over the phone, telling me that I wouldn't be getting a refund because I had used a "third party" reservation. And he insisted that the hotel staff would never send me to the second number to clear up my reservation, calling me a liar. I'm sure they took my reservation and resold it to some another person evacuating the hurricane, but this time at a higher rate. I will never do business with Quality Inn again.
