Unforgettable stay at Parkhotel
Reviewed By MaashmallowI don't even know what to start my report with. Two colleagues and myself arrived at the hotel at 2-3 am in the morning. The person at the reception didn't speak English, but it's not such a big problem to check in. The fun started when we came to the rooms and realised that two of three are not ready! I remind you, it's 2 am. the person doesn't speak English. It took then about 30 min to arrange new rooms for us with the condition to change them the next day. At the end, they kept these rooms for us and we didn't need to move. Every day brought us a new surprise. The next day we realised that instead of towels, they provide with hedgehogs (but change them daily with clean ones). There are no bedsheets (only mattress covers), and our request for one surprised the reception lady. My colleague have found an insect nest (!!!!!) in the corner under the bed. Dusty wardrobe not even to be mentioned. Three of us have backpain of sleeping on the mattresses, which is not a surprise: you can count mattress springs with your back. The internet worked normally on the first floor only, My colleagues on the second floor were hunting for it in the corridor. However, it must be mentioned that breakfasts are fantastic in this hotel: rich variety of bread, snacks, drinks, ham, cheese - whatever you want. I also tried sauna, which costs 6 euros. I was completely alone, so in my opinion it worth this price. There is also an electrical massage table (just vibrates at your back, neck and legs area), nothing special, but you really need it after one night. The hotel is situated in the city centre, in the park area. Lovely to walk around. To sum up: will I recommend this place -> definitely NO Would I come back? -> NO

The 78 single, double and spacious family rooms are equipped with television incl. Free Sky-TV, desk, bathroom with shower and WC, soundproofed windows, air conditioning and free WiFi. The breakfast buffet can be booked for a small additional fee.
Modern but not practical

Negatives: in a family room for four people the clothes storage was impractical and insufficient; a couple of drawers would go a long way. In the bathroom, the shower door isn't watertight, and we ended up with wet floors every night. Breakfast is expensive: it worked out at €23/day for the 4 of us. Cheaper at the McD's around the corner.

Eine empfehlenswerte Neuentdeckung
Reviewed By FluriolaSehr zentral, nahe U-Bahn, Bahn und Bussen gelegene Apartements. Wir wohnten in eiem 3 Zi. Apt. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem TV, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Komfortable Nasszelle und praktische Küche. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Einziger Nachteil für jemanden, der nicht so gut Treppen steigen kann, es gibt keinen Lift. Ansonsten nur empfehlenswert. Cecile und Michael aus Zürich

A hotel in containers!
Reviewed By Colcata45A strange place built of containers. We choose it as all other hotels in this are asked for about Euros 200 a night. This place charged only E 65 without breakfast accepting also credit cards. Very kind staff! Room (No 1) ok but one bed requires a new mattress, as it is completely outworn. A strange area, semi industrial and strange people hanging around.
