全ての客室は23階以上にあり、部屋は広くきれいで、素晴らしい眺めでした。トイレとお風呂が別々で良かったです。All room are located over 22th floor. The room had enough space for our 1-year old daughter to play and very nice view from 23th floor. The room was clean too.

It is conveniently located near main train station and good food joints. We reached the place very late and left early in the morning. So, could not find time to enjoy much of its offerings. But the breakfast was good. Reception staff were very much helpful.

The hotel is just round the corner from Hamamatsu station, near the exit where the Hamamatsu visitor centre is located. We stayed in a semi double room, which was quite small but adequate for a couple. Ensuite bathroom and toilet was good, with towels and toiletries. Electric kettle, TV, desk and chair all provided together with a closet to hang clothes. They even provide yukatas for sleeping and slippers. Free coffee/tea sachets can be collected near the reception on the ground floor just outside the lift. A comfortable, clean hotel.

We got to this hotel by free shuttle bus from JR Hamamatsu Station. We got lost and almost missed it. Be aware of the departing location beforehand. Our room looked a bit old, but it was clean and spacious for two guests with large beds which felt hard. The inside communal bath was mediocre, but outside bath at the rooftop was outstanding with great lake views. The dinner was all-you-can-eat buffet. we chose foods from a wide variety of dishes, such as sashimi, steak, smoked oysters, broiled eel, and more. I don't like buffet so much, but many of foods were put in a tiny plate or saucer. That prevented from mixing different foods. The banquet hall was small for visitor numbers, so the dinner time was separated in two sessions. The breakfast time, however, was no separation and we had to wait for 20 minutes to enter at the peak time around 8 AM. A clown entertained especially kids with balloons.

We stayed one night with a close family friend. We were given a spacious corner room with excellent views of the lake from two sides of our Suite. The suite is very spacious, very clean, with an excellent set of bathroom amenities. The separate bath/shower room from the toilet is also very handy for family use. There were plentiful clean bedding in the wardobes, our family friend chose to use the Tatami side of the room, letting us use the two single beds in the bedroom. She also took my wife to the Onsen, and returning after 45 minutes- everyone slept well till the morning. Across the car park, is the Mikonos Restaurant- which I understand is part of the hotel. We had dinner in the Restaurant the previous night- Western Style Set Menu, the food was very good with the exception of a very watery green bean soup. We also had breakfast in this restaurant. The varieties of both local and Western Style food were very extensive. We enjoyed our breakfast very much at 7:30, restaurant near empty, low sunlight and good view of the Lake.

~Enjoy outdoor Activity~ Hamamatsu is actually the second largest city in Japan. In the north, surrounded by deep mountains and clear streams you can enjoy the nature with mountain climbing and camping. In the south, faces Pacific Ocean, you have the chance to enjoy surfing and fishing. Because there are so many different environments spanning from north to south there are many attractive spots in Hamamatsu. With the concept of a "secret base" we want you to enjoy such activities in Hamamatsu. We offer a comfortable and stylish space to live the life in the "365BASE outdoor hostel". ~365BASE STORY~ In July 2015 we started as a share house with the concept of outdoor living near the Hamamatsu city center. There was a lawn space where camping and bouldering was possible and it was recognized as an unusual share house different from the ones already existing. We started establishing a guest house and innovative car sharing that took on the concept of the share house starting
This is more like a shared house than a hotel. Lots of character and a comfortable place to stay. We stayed in one of the double rooms. Clever storage, comfortable bed, kitchenette, private bathroom (half-size bath), small balcony and a washing machine. The shared space is quirkily kitted out as an indoor campsite and there is space to sit and work or just be both inside and out. Staff is very friendly. Take care not to arrive before 10.30 as there are no staff on duty until then. There is a convenience store within a few minutes walk, and the subway station a few minutes walk in the opposite direction making central Hamamatsu just 15 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again.

Upon arriving at the hotel and confirming your booking, you are lead to an ATM where you room key is entered and then your credit card is taken to pay the account in full before any thing else. There is no signage in English so wouldn't recommend this hotel for non Japanese.
