Reviewed By LilithepinkmxLooking for a hotel Close to Bodrum airport for an early morning departure we found the serene Med Boutique at the end of their season. 12/14 mins from airport v’s 40 Mins to Bodrum centre Idyllic location- waves lapping the shore by the beachside restaurant Food was good, trying a little to hard but a nice menu of local and international Super friendly staff Huge suites with comfortable beds- the futon/ sofa thing in the living room did not quite work but all rooms have lovely sea views with chairs and a table on the balcony Breakfast was a bit sad- but the breakfast restaurant on 6th floor had fab. Views We hope to go back in warmer months and enjoy beach, pools, deck, gardens etc

Ville agréable et restaurant Polat global agréable avec bons repas, et bonne ambiance. WIFI disponible. Pas de chaine câblé. Masques et gel mis à disposition gratuitement.

4**** STAR IT IS NOT, MORE LIKE 2** STAR!!
Reviewed By Lems888We Stayed at this venue with my family in the summer for two weeks. Four **** All Inclusive and we spent near on £4,000 for this family holiday for three which was an absolute disaster. This is a few of the things that went wrong. And what we viewed was atrocious. The only thing I could comment about this hotel which was breathtaking was the 360° view. My teenager was given a single bed which was a joke. It was two mattresses on top of each other and we were told at reception that in Turkey that is what you get for an extra bed. Picture attached. I tried to explain that I have travelled all around Turkey and have never experienced anything like it. After fighting with reception for 48 hours I got a single bed for my teenager. Me and my husband shared two single beds pushed together to make up a double bed. That was the most uncomfortable sleep we have ever had. We were told later by other families who requested and paid for an extra single bed, that they got two single mattresses and that was their single bed. Terrible. Towels in our rooms were off white in colour and had holes everywhere. Picture attached. Dust everywhere. Rooms not cleaned properly. Cleaners standing around and chatting when they should of been cleaning. Corridors leading to rooms where it had dirty plates etc., from where guests kept bringing food to rooms. Fruit flies all in the corridors. Lifts were so dirty and smelly that we decided to walk up and down the stairs one day but it was too dangerous. Bannisters missing and metal spikes sticking out of where the bannisters should of been. Picture attached. The lobby area dirty and even though the staff tried to keep on top of it people kept coming out of the pool and just lying on the sofas wet in the lobby area which was not meant for this. Guests getting ready to go out and sitting on the sofa’s and getting their dried clothes wet. German Turks were hanging their washed clothes outside of their windows and using the windows as laundry lines. Picture attached. When you approached the hotel and you looked up at the hotel that’s all we could see was clothes being hung outside of the rooms and it just looked absolutely dreadful. Not a balcony but on the windows frames. What a first time view for a guest to see when they arrive at their hotel. The restaurants food was so routined and the food was bland. Not what we were used to at all, for the rating the hotel was. Turkish food should be exciting and vibrant. The food we were served was village food. We are not putting this type of food down but every day, every meal time. This was too much. MTV Music being played constantly from tv screens whilst eating is not pleasant. The A La Carte was uneaten food for the main restaurant. Don’t waste your money. We found the waiters were always on their mobile phones and standing around chatting. They were not hot on clearing the tables and some days we had to move dishes, so we were able to sit down at a table. I was glad on most days if we ate out. The doors were closed at the start of a meal and the queue was all the way into reception and as soon as the doors were opened it was like a mad rush. I don’t even know why!!! Guests would pile food onto their plates and not eat it. This made me mad. The table cloths inside and outside were so dirty. Picture attached. The food was all over the floor which was never cleaned up properly and in the morning it’s not what you want to see at breakfast. It just tells you that there was not a thorough clean at night time. The shower area was so dirty you could see black dirt on the floor. Pictures attached. There was a couple of people trying to clear up around the pool area but unfortunately they were so understaffed they couldn’t keep on top of it. Lots of broken sun loungers and umbrellas. Very unsafe. Uncollected used plastic cups, cutlery and plates. The waterslide was closed in the afternoon for lunch but children were still running up and down on it and nobody was monitoring it. The lifeguard was not there consistently. Toilets near pool blocked and smelt vile. Smell lingered around the pool area. Evening entertainment was hit and miss and as for the kids club, non-existent. Their beach was terrible. See hotel pictures from other customers. I was counting down from day two till I came home. I just did not want to be there at all. We approached the Holiday Representative and Reception Manager several times, but they could not be bothered to help us or take any of our complaints seriously. We feel the hotel misled us into the description of their product. 4**** is a joke. We were not the only British clients complaining. And whoever says this hotel was great is delusional themselves!!!”

Reviewed By Orchid4841Stayed one night here, whilst visiting friends in Gulluk. The member of staff in reception on our arrival late at night, seemed a little confused about what to do with our passports and having looked at them, handed them back. Later as we were settling into bed, another member of staff came banging on the door asking for our passports - he was fine with us, but quite rude and abrupt with my elderly parents. He also didn't explain when these would be returned - his English was good, so that wasn't an issue. We waited a while to see if he would come back with them, but as it happened, our documents were not restored to us until we checked out in the morning. Wasn't particularly comfortable about this process. The bedrooms are basic and rather dated and shabby, but there was no issue about cleanliness. Have to say, the bed was extremely comfortable and made up with a blanket and there was a duvet in the wardrobe as well. It was a very cool night, but the heat exchange unit worked very well and warmed the room up nicely. The shower room had definitely seen better days and was very tatty and to be honest, using it was not appealing. We didn't take breakfast in the hotel, as we were meeting up with our friends again for breakfast, so can't comment on the hotel's catering. Overall it was an okay overnight stay and really about what one should expect for the price. Would be willing to stay again if the need arose.

Reviewed By pitbull280Volledig vernieuwd hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Alles heel netjes. Kamers gericht naar de strand zijn prachtig met terras. Kamers zijn ook ruim. In het weekend live optreden in het restaurant. Je kunt ook voor de hotel parkeren.

Reviewed By BangkokLoftA lovely place to stay with the most superb balcony. We enjoyed watching the view and swimming every morning before breakfast. Gulluk is a lovely small town with everything you need and Gul, the lady who manages the property, is kind and very helpful. Totally recommended.
