Vista Alegre is the right place to get away of the noise of the city and relax in a natural space surrounded by trees and little animals. It has 8 bungalows, 4 villas and 2 cabins completely equipped. It is located in Colonia Independencia, department of Guairá, Paraguay.
Beautiful and Relaxing
Reviewed By Stephen GOur visit to the Vista Alegre Natural Resort was very short, but we had a wonderful time. The location is so peaceful, the view of the stars at night remarkable, the waterfalls and viewpoints on the hiking trails beautiful, and the accommodations clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that the resort does not have a restaurant other than a basic breakfast, so you should plan on either cooking in your bungalow (outdoor grills and shared kitchen facilities available) or driving to one of the nearby towns for meals. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I look forward to returning again soon!

Reviewed By TravelReviewer1983We came here for some dinner and ended up ordering a large vegetarian pizza (58,000 Gs). Pizza tasted okay but it was very salty, and the dough wasn't 100% baked. The service was friendly and the toilets were reasonably clean.
