Press Release: The Holiday Inn Hotel Express & Suites is now operating as the Regency Inn Hotel & Suites in Greenville, Mississippi. The hotel remains open for business and invites the public to enjoy its facilities.
Hotel undergoing renovations. Room was OK. The real letdown was the breakfast. Went down twice (7 am & again 8:30 am - same result). No bacon, no sausage, very little egg, no milk, no OJ, nobody busting it to correct. Pancake machine off - asked about it, said they ran out of batter over the weekend. Today is Thursday. Attitude was kind of like, "well, that's alright - maybe I'll get around to it." Hotel was not full, so guest use was not the cause. Not up to IHG standards, in this view of this Platinum Rewards member.

Great hotel, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, customer excellence. Was the perfect place to stay while visiting Greenville. Breakfast room and breakfast were quite nice and pleasant. The hotel is one of the cleanest and best appointed of our Mississippi Blues Drive.

Don’t stay here! Worst Hampton Inn. Usually pick Hampton because always been a safe bet. Clean, comfy beds, good value. This one has Brown water. Beds noisy Duvet ripped. Dirty. Elevator broken. Front desk person seemed bothered that we wanted to check in. Really a nasty place.

As a Hilton regular I found TRU a venue to be avoided. Very cheap furniture and decor all seemingly intended to be trendy but cheap and flimsy is the vibe. No coffee in the room is a non starter for me and should have been a warning on the website. This property is not well run. Room had three lights burned out, breakfast was minimal with no plates or napkins visible. Staff was seated in the kitchen watching tv. Way overpriced for the experience.

Located in the heart of the Mississippi Delta! The mansion consists of 9000 sq ft, 7 bedrooms, and 6.5 baths- we offer each room for rent individually. A stay includes your own private bedroom and bath as well as full access to the plantation's public rooms and grounds. Onsite, you will be hosted by true Southern Belle, Miss Camille Collins, and given an historic tour.
This was a wow. This plantation house is absolutely beautiful. The decor is just fabulous and there is such attention to detail. So many lovely books on the area, the county, local history. Rooms all open out onto that beautiful screened porch, even a swing seat. We had planned to take a plantation house tour in Natchez but Camille gave us the full tour, and truly we don't think we could find another house that would top it. Coming down that stairs you feel like Scarlett O'Hara! Five wonderfully decorated reception rooms, and you can walk about, take breakfast at the long table, sit and read in any of the rooms. Those chandeliers welcome you as you drive to the door, and Camille gives such a warm welcome and is so generous with her time and information. Having a real Southern thunderstorm all night really added to the overall experience and if we had known how much we would love it we would have stayed longer

Every aspect of the room was filthy. The water was brown. There was mold on the ceiling and rust on the light fixtures. The 2 decent things were the air conditioner(we weren't hot) and the TV did work. The linens were not clean and we ended up buying new bedding to sleep on. We had to buy water to brush our teeth. The microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. I took pictures of this atrocity.

If you’re one that has expectations of what a normal hotel would offer you as you travel about this beautiful country, you will be very disappointed in Harlow’s casino resort and hotel. Sorry fast food “restaurant” with condescending or inattentive staff, very limited menu, and uncomfortable beds will be what is offered at the end of your weary day. Please save yourself sad disappointment by staying away from this dreary, apathetic place.

Talk about Motel Hell. The first bad news was the desk guy couldn't even give us a key card. Apparently none of the doors have working locks. Said he'd have to let us in with his pass key when we returned from dinner. Half the lamps didn't work. Electric outlets hanging out of the walls. Switch plates broken. Supposed to be non- smoking but sure wasn't. The place is a fire trap and wouldn't pass any building codes anywhere. A breakfast was advertised which we didn't dare investigate the next morning. A very nasty place that should be closed. Really I wouldn't advise staying anywhere on that stretch of hiway 82.

Where to begin?! We were given room 101 which faced out onto the parking lot and was next to the lobby, meaning we heard everyone coming and going. Clearly there were some big groups staying the same night as us, as they were all blasting their music from their trucks and shouting across the parking lot to each other all night! When we tried to call the front desk about the noise, the phone in our room wasn't even connected! And we had no service on our cell phones. Walls were so thin in the room that members of our party woke up and heard people walking past our room and talking during the early hours of the morning too. Speaking of the room, it was definitely not deep cleaned. I'd say, definitely not even cleaned! Stains on bedding (see photos - GROSS), fan in the bathroom was blocked up, and there was what looked like blood in the bathroom doorway. Icing on the cake is that in the breakfast room it says please don't take food back to the room - as if they care about the state and cleanliness of the rooms that much?! Needless to say we slept, and left straight away at 7am, as soon as we could. Would not touch this place with a barge pole! Avoid, avoid, AVOID! Best value, my arse!
