A small fishing village until the 20th century, Gdynia was rapidly built into Poland’s largest and busiest sea port after World War I. As a result, it’s mainly a very modern city. The most significant older attraction is the 13th-century St. Michael the Archangel Church. Two museum ships in the harbor, a destroyer and a frigate, are also popular with visitors. Gdynia has a thriving cultural life and in September hosts the annual Polish Film Festival, sometimes called the “Polish Cannes.”

Quadrille is an exclusive historical complex. The elegant and carefully crafted decor, refers to boutique hotels where each suite has a unique style and rich colors. Quadrille is located in the heart of the Tri-City Metropolitan Area.
Lovely place for weddings and experiencing what a boutique hotel is really like. Friendly tip-toe staff, reception noticed it was my birthday and later produced a cake for me. The "art" in my room was however quite disturbing but keeping the hall lights off helped.

Book your stay at Gdynia city center From the windows of Mercure Gdynia Centrum you can admire the view of the sea, Kosciuszko Square, Dar Pomorza and ORP Błyskawica Museum Ships. They are only 5 minutes stroll away from the hotel, as well as the beach and huge playground that has been placed directly on the sand. Also in close proximity you will find one of the largest theaters in Poland, which is the venue for one of the most famous Film Festivals each year. 3 minutes’ walk can take you to the popular Swietojanska (eng. St. Johnes’) Street that is full of coffeehouses, interesting restaurants and shops. Right by the hotel there is also a trolley to Kamienna Gora – romantic viewpoint to Zatoka Gdanska and Hel Peninsula. Every Guest of Mercure Gdynia Centrum can use the indoor swimming pool, as well as sauna and massage studio. It is best to take your swimsuit and flip-flops with you! Each morning generous continental buffet breakfast is served. The rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs with cable channels, and you can use free Wi-Fi to relax after whole day. From the most rooms at the hotel you can view the magnificent panorama of Baltic Sea and Kosciuszko Square. The Winestone restaurant will satisfy your culinary needs through a variety of European cuisine served in a unique way – on black stone plates accompanied with a wide choice of wines from all over the world – also from Poland. You can enjoy them at the venue and also buy them in our wineshop ie. as a gift. Lech Walesa airport in Gdansk is 20 km away, Railway Station Gdynia Głowna is 3 km away. The hotel has a large, fenced car park.
This hotel has three classes of rooms it seems, standard, executive and privilege. I booked privilege and if this room is anything to go by I can only imagine how grim the other lower room classes are. Couldn’t swing a cat in it, bed jammed in a space between bathroom wall and window and only just enough to walk down the side of the bed. On one side all the light switches etc and the lamp are actually in the bed. I’m Assuming this was previously a single room and Mercure are attempting to pass it off as a normal room. Effectively the stair well takes up a chunk of the rooms on the corners but I’d recommend checking the room numbers as from the attached floor plan you can see how many rooms on this 10th floor are tiny and I feel I’ve been missold. This was room 1007. It looks nothing like any pictures on their website and I’d call it basic and would recommend you don’t waste your money paying for higher spec as you won’t get much for your money. Tiny tv that only has two English speaking channels which are euro news and cnn on loop. Mini bar with three free cans of soft drinks (whoopee), free safe, nespresso machine. But no ironing board which is pretty poor but hey even if they had one there would be nowhere to put it in this small room. Bathroom looks ok but is an accident waiting to happen, bath with no bathmat, a few times I felt myself slip as there is no grip on the bottom of the bath. I expected a walk in shower like the pictures but again this hotel doesn’t deliver what the pictures show. The manner of the staff is blunt to say the least and still using covid as excuses for things is pretty bad - no cleaning unless you request it from reception by 10am is so bad now and I’ve no doubt it’s too allow them to employ less people rather than to worry about covid Then there is the issue of the noise from outside - along the marina and beach there are a lot of bars and to say they are noisy is an understatement, first night it was still going on at 3am as it was getting light outside and makes it impossible to keep a window open, even with them shut I’m still very aware of the noise ten floors up and it’s worse than any Spanish holiday resort I’ve ever stayed in. So please request a room that doesn’t have a sea view as you might have a chance of a decent nights sleep. In the summer this hotel would be unbearable I’d imagine from the combination of heat meaning need windows open and noise meaning you want them closed. This noise alone would stop me staying in this hotel again or recommending it to anyone else Location wise it’s in between two stations that both link to the airport - 15 min walk to both but if you have a lot of luggage you will probably need a taxi There isn’t a lot to do in the city during the day but it’s close enough to much nicer places like Sopot so you can see plenty of other places rather than being stuck here. The main shops are 25 mins walk out of the centre which might be an issue for some

The boutique hotel with green surroundings, ideally blending into the neighboring seaside villas. Bright shades of beige, warm brown and pure whiteness create a modern and elegant interior design.
I have stayed here a few times before and the hotel just gets better. Very friendly welcome and staff. The rooms are really good and I had one with a sea view which was a bonus for me. The breakfast has to be one of the best selections I have ever had with hot dishes and cold meats and cheese and breads too. I hope to be back. Great location high up above the beach but easily accessible via a lot of steps or by car.

I am from USA visiting a friends and family. I was booked at expensive highly rated hotel at the beach with 5 stars. However, in reading the reviews statements if many stairs just to enter hotel, then no parking except street blocks away etc. so this wouldn't work hauling luggage along street and up long stairs...monitoring parking. Yikes. My friend recommended the Business Faltom Hotel last minute. It is a10 minute ride or more with traffic but worth getting out if the hectic beach center. Nice professional staff, speak English and helpful with everything. Good AC in my room. Nice modern room with card fir electricity and comfy beds. Windows open. Back rooms are better for less road noise. Best part the Restaurant is spectacular. Wow! Great menu choices and decor is linens and comfort. The environment around the hotel is local commerce and not beautiful but inside hotel is great. Uber to beach was 30 zloty but restaurants unless very posh were nit as good as at Fathom in my opinion. Service is the best. Free parking! Elevator! No stairs to enter!❤️

Stayed at Longstay apt hotel during a conference in nov 19. Got all I expected and more. The hotel felt modern and in good shape, rooms where clean and the breakfast was good. Our room had a nice living room with a dining area and semi open kitchen. Worked well for meetings and getting sorted before and after each day. One thing i especially apriciated was the beds. They where just perferct. I often find hotel beds to be either rock hard or soft as water, this was somewhere just inbetween.

I booked 2 rooms for me and my friens on hotels.com (I've never have aby problems with this site). Then I checked my e-mail which said that my reservation can't be completed because of my card... I phoned reception to find out what's the problem. I heard laugh... The Man on The phone said that the cheapest room for the date I wanted costs 1200 PLN for 4 People. Room was standard, one for 4 People! I loved The picture of apartments but I don't get it... Had I been lied? The prices are still on hotels.com... very bad impression. When I checked booking.com there's prices like 400/500 PLN for 4 People but 2 rooms and better standards!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I was unsure about the quality given that it is only a 3 star however it was better than the 4 star hotel we stayed in for the remainder of our trip. We booked a room ro basically sleep in for a couple of hours having arrived from Gdansk airport at 2.00am. Reception staff were polite and efficient and checked us in quickly - they spoke English to myself and Polish to my partner. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is beautiful. Massive beds, shower and everything you could need in your room. We used the pool in the morning, which was lovely and clean. The sauna was turned off so we couldn't use it. The gym could be better equipped so we didn't use it. Breakfast was lovely, with lots to choose from. Overall, the only issue we had was with the limited car parking at the hotel. My partner complained and they let us park at the rear of the hotel - it was unclear about parking on the nearby streets and you cannot reserve a space. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Have been by Villa Admiral for 4 nights. Everything was fine, the room large enough and clean. All the personnel was very kind and open to all requests. From early breakfast (much earlier than scheduled times), to taxi reservation to general advices what to do in Gdynia. Good position, 10 minutes walk from seaside. Strongly suggested
