A modern place to stay
Reviewed By B AOur flight got cancelled but couldn't wait 3-4 hours to get a voucher, so we booked this hotel. Its 12min drive from the airport in a good location. The hotel is super modern and very comfy beds and big bathroom. My kids used the small pool to cool down and they were happy. The breakfast offer was ridiculous and gets a negative point for the value your paying (to go with packed burrito and some rools). A gas station and 7eleven are walking distance. Not a great neighborhood but its worth the stay if you want to relax in a modern facility and quite area.

Annoyed about no housekeeping

Whilst we would stay here again due to the room size, convenience of the location, car parking and delicious coffee machine in the foyer, we were quite disappointed with the fact they never cleaned our room even when we requested it numerous times. The use of covid as an excuse is just that now, an excuse because travel is getting back to what it was pre covid and people expect their rooms to be cleaned when they travel. To not get fresh towels or to have dirty rubbish just sit and sit in your room is disgusting. Also the staff on the front desk must’ve changed over as they literally acted like they hated life anytime you approached them except for the girl with the purple hair. The hotel is kept spotless and the room is a great spacious size with lovely bathrooms.

Reviewed By Chunk2002This hotel is extremely horrible , the room is very very filthy and I had got a non smoking room and it completely smelled like cigarettes. The photos they have online are literally nothing compared to when you enter the room. The bed sheets were full of hairs and pee stains. Could not sleep because the neighbors were extremely loud making lots of noise and the staff did not once ask them to at least quite down !!!! The door locks are not secure at all we had to put a chair under the door knob to actually make sure it was locked and no one was able to come in. I’m not over exaggerating DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTELL!!! We also did not even shower because the shower was filthy everything about this hotel IS LITERALLY DISGUSTING!!!

I even stayed 16 consecutive days from July 24, 2018-August 16th, 2018 for a bill of $1705.81. I live locally but this was my favorite hotel to book when friends would visit. This is a LATE REVIEW but I'm still so bitter of what happened. The last Chrismtas/New Years I spent there, some items were stolen from my room most likely from housekeeping. We didn't realize our stuff was stolen until the following winter when we looked for our winter clothing. We knew a Clinique lotion $30-40 was missing but we didn't realize until months later a brand new $40 sweater (christmas gift) was stolen along with another women's winter jacket $50. These are the just the items we know about, who knows what else was missing. I have not booked there since but it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth when I start looking for hotels either here or abroad.

Reviewed By eleannah2021Let me start off by saying the bed was the only thing that I found up to standard. The bathroom counter is dirty also with the shower head/shower tiles. Online there is a list of amenities at this location and half of them are not here. There is no breakfast in the morning, the pool is closed, there is no restaurant, tennis court, golf course, shops, or coffee shop. On top of that, the internet absolutely sucks. I’ve called the front desk 3 times within 15 minutes of being here with several issues. Oh and the TV only has one channel!

Reviewed By Travel424898I had a bad experience at ES in Houston. So I was apprehensive about staying here. When we checked in the first room the bed spread was missing and the blanket had cigarette holes in it. Immediately my boyfriend went to request a room change. The second room was 100% better not only did it look clean, it felt clean and smelled fresh.

During the rental , the manager a male asked if anyone would be with me, I thought that was a typical question asked at all hotels so I told him just my child....i left and came back, within 5 minutes there was a knock on the door, it was the male manager.... He was bringing me me ID... I thanked him and he basically barged his way into the room asking was everything OK.... He insisted on checking the TV... KEPT ASKING me if I needed anything and to come to him,he wanted to shake my hand and even tried to hug me.My child was not with me and he asked where the child was and then WHERE IS HER DAD.... Finally got him to just leave, to only be disturbed by the couple next door fighting and soon after loud adult activities..... So I went back to the lobby and asked for another room.... It was only 8pm and I wasn't going to spend the rest of the night next to that, he moved me to another room....instead of just giving me another key he insisted on going to the room with me... I felt sooooo uneasy... I stayed at the door while he went allll the way in and tried to get me to come inside and check the bathroom............ When that didn't work he offered me beer and of course if I needed anything...... My boyfriend picked me up and I told him what happened, he said he saw him standing outside when he walked to the room watching him... This morning when I went to check out he was much less friendly . ...he asked if I smoked in the room I'm assuming for the $20 deposit return... I told him no.... 'Well what about your friend.... You told me no male friends and I saw him come.... ". Place was clean for the price, but I will NOT return!!!

Courteous and welcoming staff, all the amenities you would expect to find at much higher rates at other hotels. FREE Wi-Fi and great and new LED TV's!, plus small refrigerator as well as new and very comfortable huge beds and the convenience of a wash basin in every room. Weekly maid service and central to the 4O5 and 91 and 11O freeways, and close to San Pedro and Redondo Beach, a nice mid-point between Orange and Los Angeles Counties as well as public transportation, stores, eateries and the metrolink make this cozy place ideal for an extended stay, or overnight, as well as 1 or more persons per unit accommodations available. Street and free parking just outside the main entry and a gated secured door make for a good nights sleep. Dont overpay and get less.... stay at this newly refurbished Hotel and you can also free up money for your food and gas, with the savings. In this economy, thats just another plus.
