Not so impressed
Reviewed By 2NYmomaDo not get a room on the 2nd floor. Dog barking for hours in the afternoon as it must have been left in room alone. (they are a pet friendly hotel), no noise barrier between hallway and room. Pounding music coming up from the floor below at 1am. We were told by front desk that the party/music would go to 2am. Ended up moving rooms at 1am because of noise. Mgmt. gave us credit for our inconvenience, as we were not happy. Beds were comfortable.

Wedding disaster! Do not stay here as a group

I want to start by saying that Jolene and the staff at the front desk were the saving grace of this experience. She was so helpful and attentive to every need we had, even handing out welcome bags to our guests when they checked in. She went above and beyond whenever we requested anything. If it wasn’t for her I would be asking for at least a partial refund from this hotel. For future brides, ask for Jolene to be your sales rep when booking rooms. It was an absolute disaster dealing with Kerrol Latayan in the sales department. I have never had an experience like this in my life. I understand that it can be hard to book a group but this went far beyond making a few mistakes. From the very beginning she made multiple mistakes such as booking people for the wrong nights, forgetting to book people that we had discussed multiple times, charging people for the wrong rooms, and sending confirmation numbers that didn’t exist. She also did not return phone calls even after multiple voicemails, and when she finally did, she blamed it on “phone tag” which was just a blatant lie. My fiancés parents got so frustrated at one point that we were planning on just cutting our losses and changing hotels. They finally got ahold of a manager that was very helpful and convinced them to stick it out. Finally, a month before the wedding we requested a list from Kerrol of everyone who had booked rooms for the wedding. It took her weeks to send it and when she did, the parents of the bride were missing, a friend was double booked, and two family members on the grooms side were missing. Unless the hotel changes the staff in the sales department, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in a group.

So Disappointing
Reviewed By Junior BMy first visit to the hotel and I was thoroughly disappointed. It is clear the hotel needs an update. Many of the vending machines were offline, the gym equipment seemed old and soiled, the breakfast had molded bagels, the room carpet need to be replaced or shampooed, shower curtains needed to be replaced, housekeeping needs a bit more training as dead spiders were found on bed after they "cleaned" up, additional hairs were found in the sink after cleaning and the fridge desperately needed new shelving or a full replacement.

Reviewed By 201shafiqmExcellent customer service. We enjoyed staying there. Very nice, peaceful and clean area. Breakfast was also fresh and good. I will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. It is also near to the Rosevelt Mall in Long Island.
