In the last three years, the hotel has become known for our extraordinary weddings, with full wedding planning services offered for our clients. Our private parties and holiday events have become popular all over the country for great food, live entertainment and our caring staff. Decent pace for a short stay
Reviewed By AlexaVVVGood location. Amazing sound insulation. Our room was spacious and clean, but we were unable to start the TV. The receptionist explained that the TV remote was out of order and offered another room which we gladly accepted. Unfortunately, that other room had seemingly not been use for a while, there were lots of spiders, the walls and ceilings had deep cracks, so did the bathroom tiles and the toilet porcelain, the toilet seat had seen much better days too, some bathroom elements were rusty and in need of replacement, clean but rather worn out towels had a logo of a different hotel (and some holes!), bedside lamps were broken. But the desk, wardrobe closet, fridge and the beds looked brand new and the bed linen was spotless and as white as snow. The room was facing a very busy roundabout in the centre of the town, with seriously heavy traffic and we excpected at least some noise. But, to our greatest surprise, it was so unbelievably quiet and the beds were so amazingly comfortable that we had fantastic sleep and a really good rest. Breakfast was pretty basic, with limited options. The staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room, was kind and helpful.

Reviewed By Michal RSpend 2 nights at "Event hotel Kaskady " It was my 4th stay. Hotel itself is in Desolate condition. Only positive is sports facility and nice water damm Kralova. Food in hotel was very simple but quite taisty. Can recommend only for less demanding guests.

Unhonest hospitality - overcharged handwritten bill
Reviewed By Greta38My mother's 60th birthday celebrations, 23 guest. When we have arrived champagne was already poured out on in glasses on the tables - getting warm. We felt rushed through the whole diner. The table was cleared after the main course too quickly. When we asked for the bill, the waiter scribbled down on piece of paper with more volumes of items added on as we had. For still water we were charged 170 x 0.25cl - what does this even mean ? We were charged for 21 jugs of lemonade instead of 14...and almost all the other items on the bill had raised volume by one or two. Waiter was rude and we were obviously cheated on the bill. He input all the items in the till only after I insisted that I won't pay till I get a proper bill. Don't go there if you expect good standard honest hospitality. Food was very good and we had nice get together as a family.
