Calyx Grand is a charming bed and breakfast that opened its doors in 2019. Our guesthouse is at the heart of Fuvahmulah city, with easy access to the highway and a small sandy beach. Whether you are in Fuvahmulah to dive with the sharks, to surf the waves or enjoy our beautiful lakes you are sure to have an enjoyable stay at this excellent guest house.

Reviewed By GwenocideFrom the planning of the trip, the hotel owner, Farzad, has helped me book my flight and my dive trips with Fuvahmulah Scuba Club. I booked the accommodation + full board meal. The food was good and it exceeded my expectations. Since I am travelling solo, they offered to show me around the island. The rooms are spacious and if you want to splurge a bit more, you can book the room with jacuzzi. The guest house is very near the beach and you can hang out and relax there after the dives. The spot has an amazing sunset. The staff Ali and Arshen are very nice and friendly. They made me feel safe and at home during my entire stay. Will definitely come back one day.

A good place to stay on Fuvahmulah Island, Maldives
Reviewed By gypsymike2016African and Oriental Travel Company put together a scuba diving adventure to the Maldives and our first stop was Fuvahmulah Island and we stayed at the Marina Boutique Hotel. This is located about 1 1/2 miles from the marina where our dive boat was anchored. There are rooms on the first and second floors and the dining area with an outdoor patio is located on the third floor. Breakfast was included and it consisted of dry cereal, yogurt in small containers, boiled eggs or omelets, sliced bread and a toaster, fresh fruit, butter and jams. coffee and tea is available too. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of shelves and a clothes rack for your clothes. The bathroom is a good size with a connected large shower; the hot water was hot. For divers, there is a faucet in the shower to help rinse your gear; there are also two small tubs outside near the entrance, with faucets, to rinse your gear too. The air conditioning works well. The rooms have USB, USA, UK outlets; primarily Type D and G adapters will be needed. Wifi was available and serviceable.

Whether it was a scooter rental, diving arrangements, harbor pickup and hotel dropoff, booking domestic flights, or making breakfast, he helped accomplish anything I needed. Super kind and amenable as well. The rooms were clean, spacious, and trendy. Location was great in the middle of the island. (Also, many of the furniture pieces and decorations in the space were made by the host, who happens to also be a dang good carpenter!) When I come back to Fuvahmulah, this is where I'll be bringing everyone!

Zero Degree Residence - Fuvahmulah, is your home away from home! The guesthouse has 11 rooms (4 categories) with an in-house restaurant, a big terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas optional where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day at the guesthouse itself as well, and only a few minutes walk to the ocean bank by a nice palm tree path. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious ensuite with stylish private bathrooms. Suites have big bathrooms with baths and spacious shower places including one Master Suite with Jacuzzi. The guesthouse is assured with excellent service, viewing the lush greenery around our home.
Awesome accommodation on a truly unique Maldivian island experience. Also vegan friendly.

Staff all very friendly and willing to help with anything. Drinking water always provided and available. Buffet style breakfast was good, and after specifying vegan dietary needs, options were made available. Very nice terrace with swing couch, sun beds. Location was always good as there were shops and other restaurants within a moderate walking distance. Transfers to harbour and dive school were all very well organised (talking about diving is a whole other matter but yes it is as amazing as they say, sharks are awesome). Amazing stay
Reviewed By John SFirst off Salih who runs the inn with his wife is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and he has fantastic connections in the island with everyone you need to know especially for a dive trip. The rooms are comfortable and clean and beds really comfortable. There are uk outlets in the room and multi converter supplied. Location fir a diver can’t be better, close to dive schools snd good restaurants.

Reviewed By V5315KPlukesI stayed at Sameydhaan for for one week while diving in Fuvahmulah and had a fantastic experience. When we arrived, Ibba showed us around the island and hooked us up with Lonu at Shark Island Dive, one of the best and most authentic dive operations in Fuvamulah. Sameydhaan helped us arrange all the transport, ferry, bike, taxi, etc, and we had a very easy trip to and from the island. Staying here and diving was definetly a highlight of my life, thanks to my friend Ibba and Sameydhaan Inn for everything and I will visit again soon!

Reviewed By 0216arielWe stay for a 6 days 5 nights trip. Guest house is very clean and maintance nicely. Everyday make up service also put in details. Love the wooden decoration, plants and tree around the whole place. Breakfast can choose from local mashuni or continental. There’s a small area for coffee and tea as well.Owner of guest house is very nice. Good wifi, Tv can watch YouTube. 10 adapters in the room, a good hairdryer provided. Strongly recommended for anyone coming to Fuvahmulak??????????

Amazing Palce for Diving

Fuvahmulah is located in the south of Maldives it 1.5 hrs Trip by Domestic Flight to reach the island. the hotel is located in the Middle of the island and its a Big island compare to the other islands in Maldives. i have spend 5 nights in Viluxer and it was amazing. Rooms are clean and staff are helpful. Thank you Shaam for the Amazing service
