While I didn’t get her name, she seems to work the day shift after 8am. The gentleman at the front desk who plays the guitar - exceptional and thank you for the nice concert.

Reviewed By FarAway32875122141Lots of amenities in a beautiful part just north of Dallas. I was amazed that I could park my car and rest. The hotel is connected to Stonebriar mall. There are lots of great restaurants and fast food places available. If you are traveling with children, KidZania is there for them to explore. The hotel provides a relaxing getaway for a couple or family.

Great Facility But Slight Snag
Reviewed By kruzkweenWe stayed one night here while in town visiting family. The overall facility was wonderful, comfortable and had a really great breakfast. The pool area was really beautiful. Loved the separate sitting area and kitchen. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. However, our room was a bathroom handicap accessible room and that part didn't work out so well. We needed it for the shower bench/chair built in the tub. When we got ready to use it, the bench/chair had screws coming out of the wall and it was completely unsafe/unusable. And the shower along with the hand-held shower head did not work. The bath tub faucet worked fine. It was late at night when this was all discovered, so pretty much just out of luck. This was very upsetting since the accessible bathroom was the only reason we booked this particular type of room. We ended up having to wash our hair the next morning in the kitchen sink! Reported it to the desk clerk the next morning at check-out but she didn't seem too worried or regretful about our problem. Well, we would stay here again because it was really nice and well located for our needs, but would definitely check it out first thing upon entering the room.

Awesome experience
Reviewed By Chad WI had an amazing stay. The staff was amazing. Especially Corey at the front desk. The room was clean. Bed was nice. I slept great. The hotel is so close to the comerica center. I was attending a conference there and could walk there in 2 min. One of the biggest wows was the fact they serve breakfast AND dinner. Included in your stay. Many hotels do breakfast. But I have never heard of a hotel including dinner. I’ll be back next year. Save me a room!

Reviewed By Nknguyen87We had a blast here at the bar. Fernando is very talented at bar flairing and entertaining. Heather is solid too. Hamburger was well above average. The potatoes were good too. They have live music some nights.

When asking for extra bedding or anything, the front desk is minimally helpful, so be prepared to go to the front desk to get anything after a couple of phone calls to confirm they even have it in the first place. Everyone complains about the parking fee because it's unnecessary and unneeded for guests in this location. Just a gimmick to get more money. We literally waited almost 10 minutes for the elevator upon checking out. When I saw the elevator was full, I told my kids and wife to find a way to get in and I would carry what I could down 4 flights of stairs. I beat them down the stairs by the way with luggage if that explains the slowness of the elevator.

Fantastic stay
Reviewed By Junell DI stayed here for a work convention and was very impressed. The room was perfect with very comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and the hotel was very quiet at night. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They did a fantastic job with the meals and the meeting spaces. We used the entire 2nd floor for our meetings and there was always someone refilling the drinks station and checking in with our events staff. I'll definitely look forward to visiting over night for a staycation. I need to figure out where they buy their pillows because it was the best night sleep I'd had in a while!

Dirty sheets
Reviewed By Samlin1985I hate doing this but, I got to the room around 8 pm or so went to dinner came back take a hot bath because have to be at my job at 3am for inventory. I am from out of town. As soon as I pulled the covers back there was stains on the sheets and hair all in the bed……this made me sick. I went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets. I didn’t even try the other bed because if they didn’t change those sheets it’s no telling when they have been changed. I am truly upset that my company paid for this night . These are not great pictures but this is what I saw. I hope that the front desk clerks tell there management staff. This is so nasty.
