OK But Not Typical
Reviewed By KntckyGrlGreat location close to most anything you would need. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room did not have a fridge or microwave. Housekeeping is only available on request. Didn’t realize this until I read the sticker on the mirror the next morning. The pool was closed. Breakfast bar was ok. The bathroom and elevator were quite small compared to other Hamptons.

Reviewed By kentbrittonMy prior review was too long, however, this was a horrible experience in a very filthy room. You shouldn’t have to do your own housekeeping on arrival. As a Hilton Honor Member, I’m disappointed and shocked that I paid full price for this stay. I understand COVID has made things bad but there wasn’t any pride or quality controls in place to ensure guest satisfaction. I’ll post the rest of my review in another section. They can and should do better than what we received.

Reviewed By GattoViziatoI stayed at this hotel for business and was presently surprised. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They serve a buffet style breakfast, which was not that bad. The only complaint is that I wish their coffee was a little stronger , but overall a good stay

Reviewed By Voyage785151I visit my hometown of Decatur, IL at least twice a year to visit family. Prior to my last visit earlier this month, I was last a guest in December of 2021. In December of 2021, I noticed that the facilities and rooms were not as well cleaned as I had experienced in previous visits. During this most current visit however, I noticed a HUGE difference in the hotel's cleanliness. There was clear evidence that the staff are very diligent in ensuring that the general spaces and rooms remain clean and tidy. Nice to see this improvement. Great job and keep it up! Thank you.
