Fair to good, except for our Antlers supper, we would have liked a better waitress, maybe a little more experienced and sincere, not quite so fake, but I’m sure you’re experiencing a shortage of good employees like everyone is

Located in the Columbia Valley of British Columbia, we offer 104 fully furnished 1 & 2 bedroom suites located in three buildings. Our property is surrounded by green space with the mountains in sight from each suite. On site recreation facilities include a large outdoor water park, tennis court, volleyball court and playground. Only minutes from 2 great golf courses and the Hot Springs pool.
I don't know why (maybe from reading previous reviews..) but I didn't have high hopes for this resort. I was so happy to see how wrong I was! We visited in May 2022, it was still chilly so the water park area was not open yet. The lady at the front (wish I could remember her name! - all i remember is she's from NB originally) was very helpful and cheerful! We used the pool twice, the hot tub multiple times (something about mountain views while in a hot tub always has me sold!) and my daughter looooved the games room. We played air hockey, pool, shuffleboard multiple times. It was clean and bright/airy! My daughter also liked the tennis courts and my husband used the gym once and had good things to say. Our room - we were given 401A. We had a patio that joined the livingroom and bedroom. It was an enormous patio backing onto the golf course and beyond that, the mountains. I loved having my coffee out there in the morning and my husband enjoyed BBQing with a mountain view! Nothing like how we BBQ at home in toronto! We booked a one bedroom so my daughter slept on a pull out couch. She didn't have any complaints and our bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a great size and the tub was enormous! The washer dryer was nice to have.. pretty sure B unit wasn't rented out so we had the washer/dryer to ourselves and we made good use of it! The kitchen had everything we needed and all full size appliances. We were able to make full meals every night and not have to rely on eating out! Overall, everything was fantastic and I would love to return. Everything about the hotel and the area won us over!

Do not book a visit.they will charge you a booking fee even when they say that cancelation is free. Reservation.com charges a $15 fee even while saying the cancelation of the reservation was free. When my wife phoned to make a reservation at Fairmont hot spring resort we were told that there were no pet rooms available for my wife's sister. They then said the Mountain Bungalows had a pet free room. But would only give us a price for 5 rooms if we booked them. They also DID NOT TELL US THEY WERE CHARGING US A BOOKING FEE. That is a bit fraudulent.

Front staff is not friendly and ignores you, got sent to a villa beside. A gravel pit Away from all amenities, false advertising, I asked for a late check out due to a zoom work call for 11 abruptly no after I spoke to the cleaning lady and advise I would clean the room and she said it should be a problem she would check with her supervised. End result she kicked us out of the pool asking for our room key and she already told my f** husband we left early and got other accommodations.

I've booked the villa for Feb 19-21, on January 3rd, 2022, received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged for the first night. When I called on Feb 18 I was told that my confirmation was cancelled by reservation team without letting me know (no calls or emails received). Reception employee told me that it is my fault that my reservation was cancelled, refused to contact the reservation team or management, suggested that I go to another hotel and hung up on me. I'm a returning customer and I have never ever experienced such terrible service here or anywhere else. A reception employee was rude to me and kept saying that the reservation team is gone till Monday and I have to go somewhere else and he will not talk to me because there are other people at the reception (who are apparently more valuable clients than me). No refund, no apology and no acceptable solution was offered. My travel plans were cancelled and family reunion ruined. I do not recommend this place.

So relieved to come back to the jungles of the Corbett. Polite and helpful staff. Amazing food, and lovely place on the banks of Kosi. Room was very comfortable and common areas are super neat and hygienic. Very nice place for birding. And happy to see all precautions regarding covid19.

We stayed two nights in a 2 bedroom cabin (#5) and were delighted with this little home. It has a full kitchen, living room, porch and bbq. It is quaint, in a delightful way, immaculately clean and in a quiet location. We didn't get a chance to wander around too much, but there is lots of grassy areas, you are not too close to your neighbours and it is very quiet. We will be back again next year! There isn't a lot of storage and 4 people is truly all that you would want to fit in. The bathroom is small and needs a bit of updating, but still perfectly sufficient. If you are looking for high end and polish, not here, if you are looking for homey and fun, this is it. Spoke with one of the owners and her family - very welcoming!
