No hot water in bath tub/ shower
Reviewed By ginahobbsWe stayed for two nights and first night was great and the room is decent. Then the second night when we shower there is no hot water. We called the reception they said they will fix it and we try after one hour, still no hot water. Then we called again and they said they will fix it but at the end after 3 hours of wait we decided to shower with cold water… At check out we stated this to the reception again, her response is “ok, thanks for telling us”. To be honest we are just looking for an apologise but this hotel has no customer service standard at all. I will not pay to come back again

Reviewed By ln325012We really enjoyed our stay, everything went perfect. Dario and the team are doing a good job. We were just sad that the restaurant is closed and hope there will be gastronomy soon again. The garden is really nice.

Reviewed By Barabbas_10Interesting experience. The "hotel" is in the medieval village of Eze. The rooms are spreader around the whole village. We had a suite and the VIEW was sensational. The room itself its visible that its old, however its fixed with all new and modern things. The service was excellent, from food ordering to taxi arranging, everything was great. Since the hotel is located on the steep end of the ravine the view from all the terraces its mesmerising..Overall great stay.

Good value for money
Reviewed By Cirque_du_s0leilLunched here and went for the day’s menu which was 15,90 € for 2 dishes. The salad and beef were tasty and the house wine was good too. The service was pleasant. Busy place in a small town and the location is right in the centre - perfect roadside view! This place adds to the charm of Eze.

Greedy and unprofessional management in Arc de Ciel (Eze)
Reviewed By Martin LWell, due to some administrative complications with other accommodation I reserved this hotel only for couple of hours until I sorted out the issues with the original accommodation. Anyway, the hotel Arc En Ciel in Eze took all the money when I wanted to cancel my reservation even if I "blocked" the room only for couple of hours (and during the night when probably nobody reserved anything here). This hotel even did not communicate with me, took all the money and goodbye. It was almost 400 EUR for nothing. I know the reservation was non-refundable on booking.com, but as a person working in this tourist sector, usually the accommodation, I mean the decent one, will send you money back if you don't block the reserved rooms for too long. Behavior of this hotel management is highly unprofessional, greedy and dishonest so I cannot really recommend this pathetic manners towards clients of the hotel.

Reviewed By Jasmine9777Very nice hotel offering such a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, we had a pleasant room but when we arrived there was a smell of cigars in our room and by the outdoor swimming pool there was a customer who was smoking a cigar, it was unbearable, you should forbid your customers to smoke such big cigars near the swimming pool, we were several dissatisfied customers. we found that everything was really too expensive
