Very unpleasant stay. Lack of housekeeping and lying hotel owner/manager. HK skipped our room 2 days in a row. However, they did clean our other friends rooms. Manager/Owner said we were 1) in the room when HK came or we had a DND sign on....therefore that's why they didn't clean it. NEITHER WERE TRUE - Day 1 - we left at 930a -- HK was still there. Day 2 - left hotel at 745A - I even called the hotel to remind them to clean room. Day 2 he said that his HK staff didn't show up. SORRY That's not my problem. AS The owner or manager- he should have got off his butt and cleaned the rooms. There were only 4 rooms. How hard can that be??? When we asked for clean towels because the rooms weren't cleaned - he refused to provide them until we returned the dirty towels so that he could COUNT THEM! What a great customer experience! Needless to say.... He was a jerk... We ended up moving to another hotel at 8pm that night..... just because he was such an ____ and we wanted showers with clean towels! BIKERS: Highly suggest that you don't stay here. The motel entrance is extremely steep and located on a busy main road. It's virtually impossible to see both ways in order to get out of the drive. Definitely NOT SAFE. Find a different motel.

I have been going to Eureka Springs for nearly 30 years. I love Eureka but, The Lodge is what makes our stay the best. The owners of the hotel are the most accommodating and amazing owners of a business I’ve worked with. The rooms are always immaculate and I never have a need that isn’t addressed right away. I will always stay at the Lodge when I visit!

Locally owned, very well maintained and clean, with friendly and responsive staff. My room was on the second floor in the back, and opened onto a deck facing a beautiful wooded area (see panoramic photo). There’s also a beautiful pool surrounded by the woods. The price was right. And I could open my window for fresh air. I was very happy with my stay. Thank you!

At Hidden Springs, you will delight in exceptional service, slumber in quaint & immaculately clean cottages or suites, and treasure privacy… the privacy of hotel. Each cottage/suite has a private entrance, so that you may come and go as you like…even late into the night. Moreover, the next morning, at the specific time of your choosing, you will feast on a freshly prepared gourmet breakfast delivered to your suite or cottage.
I stayed in the north lawn carriage house for my last day in eureka springs on a trip for my birthday. I was greeted by John, who told me some history of the house and showed me around. Including the parlor and kitchen that are always available for guests to use. I loved the little carriage house. It was so charming and had a warm, relaxing feeling. I like the little details like the tiny Tiffany lamp and the local artwork. It was also nice having a ceiling fan in the room. I really like the deck overlooking the woods and the nice breakfast. It's close to everything but has a quiet feel as it is in a residential neighborhood. It only took me 10 minutes to walk up to the Crescent for a massage and dinner. It's also about a 10 minute walk from the train station. I especially like walking around the neighborhood as all the houses are so cute and everything smells amazing. Would highly recommend.
