Nice hotel in Therme erding

The Victory Guesthouse Therme Erding is located on the premises of THERME ERDING. It's a short walk(only 100 meters) to the Entrance. All of the 6 studios and 88 apartments are furnished comfortably with a kitchenette, a balcony and bathroom. The rooms are well suited for families as equally for business travelers.
AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Reviewed By Jennifer JOur family had departed the UK on December 18, 2021 was planning to travel from Austria to Germany when news of Germany's change in Covid Entry Requirements designating the UK as a virus variant high-risk area was announced declarining, "On arrival in Germany, all permitted travellers from the UK who arrive after 23:01 on 19 December must quarantine at home for 14 days irrespective of their vaccination status." It was nearly impossible to reach Therme Erding on the phone with horribly long wait times. I finally emailed the spa directly to inform them of my cancellation due to this change of Covid entry requirements to Germany. You can imagine my surprise when I receive an email on December 27, 2021 I received an email telling me that I was being charged Euro 136, - as I was a "NO SHOW." Despite there being one internet page for the Therme Erding that advertises to customers that hotel and spa can all be booked in one place, the Victory Gastehaus insisted that everything should have been cancelled separately. They expressed complete disregard concerning the newly issued Covid entry requirements that affected their customers. Many companies have found positive ways to care and engage with their customers and keep both sides happy during these uncertain Covid times when regulations are changing daily. Victory Gasthaus certainly could have at least offered a voucher for future use as a token of compromise and customer service. Instead, the representatives that I corresponded with with were completely apathetic and inflexible. They lacked even the most minimal amount of customer service and empathy it would require to figure out a compromise. Victory Gastehaus had the opportunity to keep a future customer and maintain positive customer service, but chose otherwise. With Therme Erding being such a major tourist attraction, I would expect far better customer service and increased flexibility especially with regards to changing Covid regulations. Unfortunately, I experienced quite the opposite.

Very nice hotel in ERDING, close to all commodities and city-center
Reviewed By RM02032022A well located hotel (close to bus-stations, railway-station, taxis-station), within walking distance of the city-center. THe hotel is comfortable and the staff always welcoming. I strongly recommend it!

The officially DEHOGA classified 4 star Hotel Henry started running in 2002 as a completely new building. It is located in the centre of the Upper Bavarian city Erding, excellent within reach - airport Munich is only approximately 8 km away. The unique highlight: there are no room numbers, in fact the guest has the choice between different metropolises of all continents: the atmosphere of each particular city is reflected in the design of the room. Every room is different from the others and was decorated stylistically by the owner in person with great attention to detail.
Great Hotel, Excellent Staff
Reviewed By muttman73Started and ended an Alps motorcycle tour at Hotel Henry. The reception by the staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are themed based on different cities around the world. It was a fun aspect to the stay. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was also air conditioned, which was a nice amenity given it was a warm week. We had a couple of beers outside in the courtyard (the local white beer is delicious), it’s a nice spot to relax and unwind. I didn’t get the chance to have dinner during my stay, but I did have breakfast both days. I was a nice variety of items with something for everyone. If I am lucky enough to find myself in Erding again, I will make a point to stay at Hotel Henry.

Try the Seasonal Witzen beer and local schnitzel...thank you Jessica the lady working in the restaurant when we arrived late on Saturday..your lovely friendly manner made our weekend...

Reviewed By 179kristianfOld crappy hotel from the 70s. Very much in need of refurbishment. Parking is not free. Street parking is free, but the self service cellar cost €8. 4 stars, really is 2 stars. Carpets everywhere, and smell is not to our liking. Not worth coming back to. Not a good representation of the Best Western chain.

Great hotel handy for Munich Airport
Reviewed By DanielF951Stayed here on the last night of our holiday before flying home from Munich Airport. We were able to park in the evening right outside the hotel. You have to pay after 8am and the receptionist very kindly gave us her ticket which was valid till 8:30am - Thank You. Room was very trendy with a compact bathroom. No restaurant for dinner but we were recommended a great restaurant in town. Breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choice. If flying early out of Munich Airport again I would not hesitate to stay here again

Family trip to Germany
Reviewed By FossdalGood: Great location, great breakfast, great restaurant on the ground floor, very good room cleanliness. Water bottles placed in the room every day. Not so good: The beds were quit worn and the rooms need to be painted. There could also be a small cooler. Hairdryer was useless. Narrow and difficult parking but free.There is no AC but there was a fan wich was a live saver, the room got hot and when you opend the window just hot air came in.
