Reviewed By Egonzalez64Exterior and interior Clean. Room spacious and Clean. Breakfast selection consist of Bagel, fruits cereal, juices and coffee. Make sure that RUBIA Romero isn’t cleaning and serving you with the same gloves. I didn’t eat breakfast she refused to change her gloves with a NO. Overall all a very good stay. Parking is $22:00 per day. Deposit is $250:00. Reservations department will not tell you this when booking. I will definitely stay again.

Oh Boy, Not in a Good Way
Reviewed By heatherjX8841MXI stayed here with my son due to an overnight layover. I am frequent business traveler and Hilton Diamond member, so I try to stay at on of their properties when possible. Let's just say this hotel has seen better days. It just looks sad. When I checked into my room, the AC was blowing hot air. Not good after a long haul flight in May. So I went to the desk to and asked to move rooms. The person at the desk told me that I could not move because they were oversold. So I went to the next person behind the desk and told her I was Diamond and needed to move. Just like that a miracle occurred in New Jersey. They found a room with a working AC. After purchasing a few overpriced items at the restaurant, I went back to the front desk to ask a question. Then they informed be that as a Diamond member, I received a daily credit but ONLY at the restaurant. You know, the one I just paid for dinner. In a nutshell. If you have other options I would take them.

I had a small issue that the Hotel was able to fix, and would like to give a compliment to Stephanie and also Antonio. The hotel has an excellent made to order Breakfast and also Very Clean. The upper floors also have a great view of both Manhattan and Jersey city.

Reviewed By saltacityThis is a standard CP hotel close to Newark. There is a regular shuttle bus to the airport. The hotel is nothing special but good for an overnight stay. Service was very good and very friendly. Rooms are clean and in an overall good state. Breakfast buffet was at the time of writing (May 2022) very limited.

The most comfortable bed
Reviewed By EH-from-HawaiiStayed here for one night after a long day of flying. The shuttle from the airport was very easy to find and the driver was there quickly. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The beds are amazing especially after a long day of flying. Had a very good dinner in the restaurant. Was super impressed with the equipment in the gym and the size of the gym. Would absolutely stay again.

Reviewed By holagato1Very comfortable and quiet. Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Honestly I think this is the most expensive Courtyard I’ve seen. But legitimately so bc of the location. Bed was comfortable. Only wish the comforter was thicker. I got cold at night and had to turn off the A/C. Fridge in the room. There is a microwave next to the reception. Bistro in the lobby makes some fresh sandwiches. Bathroom has the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the dispensers. In the property there is IHOP. Has a very nice stay.

Terrible
Reviewed By AgustinGPSometimes you read mixed reviews and decide to go for it and give it a try. Well, I did that I didn’t go well. Al all. We arrived an hour early, they didn’t let us check in and I understand that but didn’t even offer to keep our luggage In the meantime. The hotel itself looks sketchy and there was a couple of guys with a real strange attitude in the front lobby. When we finally gave us the room was filthy and disgusting, there were rests of food and garbage in the hallway and a peace of bread right next to my bed. There was also hair in the bathroom, which of course I decided not to use. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m the one that likes to give hotels a try, don’t be like me, at least this time.

Not a good experience...
Reviewed By Janet PWe visited this hotel recently and stayed there for a few nights. The hotel itself is quite nice but the service/management is terrible. Reception does not seem to know the rules and we were given wrong information about the parking. After contacting the hotel multiple times, we were told that a courtesy rebate would be offered. Instead our credit card was charged a second time for the same parking charge. When I contacted the Manager even after multiple emails, I did not get any response. Courtesy would have demanded that an error on the hotel's part be fixed right away, but instead I did not receive any response, let alone an apology for the error. The management of the hotel does not seem to care about good customer relations and this is one hotel we will never stay at again. Terrible experience !!

Reviewed By LBIandSXM4MEReserved and pre-paid for 2 spots, only to show up and be told the lot was full. The man had zero sympathy and was very rude. Place reeked of pot smoke at 9am. Save yourself a huge hassle and aggravation and go elsewhere!
