Adequate albergue stay
Reviewed By leahsB8481JSThe facilities were clean and comfortable. However, there is not much airflow in the dormitory room, which can make it difficult to sleep. There is also only one female bathroom, while there are multiple showers and basins available for males. However, there is a great restuarant at the hostel, and all in all, it was a comfortable stay. I appreciated the curtains, allowing privacy in each dorm bed.

What a find on El Camino!??
Reviewed By Travel490824We came upon Casa a Pichona whilst walking on the Camino de Santiago and how glad we were! Our hosts were wonderful, accommodation was tasteful and spotless and wow was the wine tender! I was celebrating my birthday and coincidentally… or magically, so was another guest. We had the best night.. thanks for your Galician hospitality.

This old farmhouse is located in Santa Uxia de Ezaro (A Coruna). It is located on the Costa da Morte and less than 30 km away from the beautiful coastal towns of Finisterre, Corcubion, Muros and Muxia. The famous natural landmarks of mount Pindo and Ezaro waterfall are located 5 minutes by car from Casa de Santa Uxia. The house boasts seven double rooms with private bathroom. All of them are decorated in a rustic style with a warm and modern flair. The cosy living room includes a fireplace and invites you to sit and relax. Breakfasts is served in the bright and airy dining room. The terrace and the garden, leading to a little pier, are perfect places to unwind and enjoy the scenery.
Rural visit
Reviewed By dominique fA lovely serene bed and breakfast on a lake where you can swim or kayak. Good breakfasts, cosy rooms. 3 kms up a steep windy road from the nearest beaches, cafes, restaurants so feels remote. Good for a quiet getaway.
